The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the cleaning was spotless. Although it's a bit old, it doesn't affect the comfort.

Overall, it wasn't great. The biggest advantage is the hotel's excellent location. However, the hotel is very outdated; it's hard to believe it was renovated in 2018. The breakfast quality is far below other Mandarin Oriental hotels, not to mention the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore! Additionally, the service staff's attentiveness was mediocre. I asked for a pair of chopsticks and it took ages to get them!

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at on this trip, the whole family loved it. The service, facilities, ambiance, location, and cleanliness were all top-notch. And the pool view was absolutely stunning!

Very good. The facilities might be a bit older, but for a five-star hotel, it's actually quite nice. The transportation is super convenient, and shopping is easy too. I even got to go for a run in the morning, and the Petronas Towers are very close by. Plus, I even bumped into the King at the mall!

The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but that's okay, it's a Mandarin Oriental after all, so I expected them to be well-maintained. However, I was actually a little disappointed. The overall feel doesn't quite live up to the brand and price point, as the maintenance of the hardware wasn't great. Furthermore, the service felt very robotic. They provided everything they were supposed to, but it felt like service for the sake of service, lacking genuine attentiveness. On the positive side, the overall price is quite competitive, cheaper than the Four Seasons next door, as well as places like the Banyan Tree and Park Hyatt.

This really lives up to its reputation as the worst MO (Mandarin Oriental) I've stayed at. The hotel is incredibly old, and the facilities are severely outdated. The soundproofing is terrible; I couldn't sleep because the people in the next room were showering all night long. It was unbearable. On the plus side, it's very convenient for visiting the Petronas Twin Towers.

Stayed for three days during Chinese New Year and had a fantastic experience! Pros: - The location is superb, right under the Petronas Twin Towers, with KLCC next door offering everything you need for dining, drinking, and shopping. - The 120sqm two-bedroom, one-living room apartment with three beds and two bathrooms was incredibly spacious, quiet, and cozy. - The staff were very polite, and communication with the front desk was seamless with the help of a translation app. - The room was equipped with plug adapters, making the ones we brought along unnecessary! Areas for improvement: - The hotel's room facilities could be more intelligent, and the self-service breakfast could be more varied.
