Extremely satisfied! There's a free shuttle bus that goes directly to the MTR station, and over three large shopping malls nearby—you can't even visit them all in one day. The lobby is connected to a small mall (which has a CHAGEE tea shop), so you can browse around while waiting for your room. The hotel also features its own tennis court, pickleball court, swimming pool, and gym with a sauna and steam room, offering a complete range of facilities to enjoy. The only minor downside was that we couldn't get two rooms connected or on the same floor.

Had a very pleasant stay, the service was great, and the room facilities were also good! Excellent value for money! The gym is really good.

The room was spacious and, although a bit dated, it was clean. Breakfast was also quite delicious, with plenty of fruit.

The hotel is a bit old but acceptable. It's not close to the BTS station, but there's a shuttle that goes back and forth, and it's connected to a mall next door. Overall, it's quite convenient.
