We've been coming to this property since it opened, and we really like it here. We try to come once a year. The outdoor pool and hot tubs have such beautiful views and are really nice to swim and relax in. The hotel has a modern and relaxed vibe, and overall it's quite clean. The lobby is one we make a point to hang out it because it has fireplaces, great views, a nice cocktail lounge and lots of seating, as well as board games to check out at the front desk. I like that the front desk checks in with you via text throughout your stay. This system has been really good to address any concerns easily.
The only real issues we have had, and why I don't give the hotel five stars, is the cleanliness of the rooms have not been as good as they have been in the past. The rooms used to be immaculate, but the last few times there were some issues. Also, the service in the lounge bar wasn't as good as it could have been with a slow server and cocktails that weren't quite right. Finally, the new market just opened a month ago and they have some kinks to work out still. It's extremely expensive and the coffee drinks were poorly made (tasted bad), smoothie ingredients forgotten (got a pbj smoothie with no fruit in it so it just tasted like frozen peanut butter), and a "nitro" cold brew coffee that just kind of fizzled into cold coffee after a few seconds and was $7 for a small. So really poor value there.
Other than that, we'll keep coming back because it is almost always a great time.
