Sheraton Taiyuan

It was okay, and the hygiene was quite good. It's not in a busy area, so it's not noisy. The view is just average, with the window facing tall residential buildings. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are very modern, and the service was excellent; they even helped with a late check-out.

This established star-rated hotel is excellent in all aspects, from service to facilities. It's the best Sheraton I've stayed at in recent years. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive in their service, the breakfast quality is good, and the environment and hygiene are all top-notch.

The room was spacious and the amenities were well-thought-out. The hotel is very close to the airport. We received complimentary welcome fruits. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a wide variety of local specialties! I especially loved the "Noodle House" restaurant on the first floor; all the noodle dishes were delicious! The parking lot was huge, making parking super convenient! Every staff member was excellent; they definitely deserve praise!

Arrived late at night, but the service was excellent. The room type was fantastic. I'll definitely come back again. LEO at the front desk even gave me free breakfast! 🙂

Room service gets a thumbs up! 👍 They sent a cake for my birthday, and the staff even folded a towel into a cake shape, which really brightened my day! 👍 The executive lounge's dinner could use some improvement in terms of offerings and service though. 🥂

The duty manager, Miss Xinhuan, was kind and patient, and the front desk staff was also very helpful and proactive. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The room had great natural light, was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation with a full set of toiletries. Breakfast offered a variety of options from congee and buns to stir-fries and fruits, all with a home-style and satisfying taste. All staff members were friendly throughout our stay, and requests were promptly attended to. The location is convenient. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained. We had a minor issue upon entering the room, but it was resolved quickly, which was great. The cleanliness was also good. After coming back from sightseeing on the first day, we found a warm little note left by the cleaning staff, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it's worth staying here.

The room was rectangular with decent space. The service staff were very attentive; everything was satisfactory except for the food delivery robot being a bit slow during peak hours. The cleaning staff were also very thoughtful; they noticed we ran out of water on the first day and immediately provided several more bottles. A special shout-out to the meticulous Ms. Han Dongmei for noticing we had a child and providing a children's toothbrush. The breakfast offered a good variety, including Shanxi specialties. The noodle restaurant at noon offered great value for money.

This is a newly opened hotel and it's fantastic. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is excellent and attentive, and you can even have dinner here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan.
