Sheraton Taiyuan

My stay was fantastic. The staff at the breakfast restaurant proactively helped me carry my noodles to my table. The front desk staff, knowing my flight was delayed, extended my check-out time, which made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

I have to give a shout-out to Hu, the front desk associate who checked me in! His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I had originally booked a basic room, but he proactively and kindly upgraded my room type. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process. The room itself was very comfortable, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This was an absolutely fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back because of his exceptional service!

The concierge was incredibly thoughtful and helpful with our concert transportation arrangements. However, the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. They stopped replenishing food by 9:30 AM, and the staff were slow to clear tables and seemed indifferent, a stark contrast to the excellent concierge service.

The hotel has just opened, so all the facilities are new and the staff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend the 'xiao mian' (sliced noodles) at the noodle shop on the first floor; it's great value for money and super convenient for dining.

This is my second stay at the Sheraton Taiyuan, and I'm very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the highway, and parking is convenient, making it perfect for those traveling by car. The hotel also has excellent facilities; the rooms are spacious and grand, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The staff are enthusiastic and provide attentive service. Highly recommended.

This was my first stay at the Sheraton Taiyuan, and I had a great experience all around! The room layout was well-designed, the bedding was clean, and the TV was easy to use. On the first night, I even received a welcome fruit platter that included a box of Ancient City yogurt, which I really enjoyed! The housekeeping, concierge, and front desk staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend staying here! 👍🏻

Spacious and bright. Conveniently located near the airport and high-speed train station. The hotel breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

Overall, highly recommended. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although it's in a new area, transportation is very convenient with a subway station right next door. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful; you can cross the street via the subway station to a local park, which is lovely for an evening stroll. The room was also very comfortable. My only minor complaints are that there was no doorman at the entrance, so I had to haul my luggage myself upon arrival, and the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could still hear noises from the hallway.
