Sheraton Taiyuan

Facilities: Quite business-oriented and smart. It's a relatively new hotel. The only downside is that the room is too narrow horizontally. So, after one night, I changed hotels. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Very good, close to the subway and six kilometers from Taiyuan South Station. Breakfast is substantial, exquisite, and quite delicious. They even have white fungus and peach gum, which ladies often enjoy. Service: The front desk was good; they recommended 'Lao Shanxi' restaurant nearby, which was excellent.

Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Excellent condition Service: Lobby service is very good Guests enjoy 32% off laundry: Loved it In-house guests get 50% off selected coffee at the lobby bar: Loved it Free shuttle on concert day: Loved it

Manager Liu Ru provided exceptional service, upgrading our room and patiently explaining the hotel facilities during check-in. After check-out, we were rushing to catch our high-speed train, and when we contacted the hotel, the concierge had our luggage ready and waiting for us, making everything run smoothly. We will definitely choose this hotel again. The rooms were also very new.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, new, and practical. Many thanks to the front desk staff and the entire concierge team, especially UU, for their excellent service provided to guests during the concert.

I chose Sheraton for my trip to Taiyuan to see Angela Chang's concert, as I saw they offered a concert shuttle service. And it turned out to be an excellent choice! UU from the hotel's concierge team was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. The round-trip shuttle to Hongdenglong Sports Center was so convenient and made everything completely hassle-free. Highly recommended! The hotel accommodation itself was also fantastic in every aspect – clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great too, especially the lamb offal soup. The hotel's noodle bar was surprisingly good as well. The housekeeping auntie was very thoughtful; seeing we had a baby, she brought us extra water and tissues, which was wonderful. Next time I go to Taiyuan for a concert, I'll definitely choose Sheraton again.

The hotel is great, very close to both the airport and the South Station. It's suitable for high-end business bookings.

Full marks for the experience! The service was top-notch. It was super convenient for the concert, with a shuttle service directly to the venue. Getting around was easy too, with a taxi stand right outside and the subway station at the main entrance. Plus, they even gifted me a cake and decorated the room for my birthday!

Great location with plenty of food options nearby, making it super convenient for ordering delivery. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a good variety. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is brand new, with a convenient location right above Metro Line 2, offering direct access to the Bell and Drum Tower. It's very friendly for self-driving tourists, quiet, and parking with charging facilities is incredibly convenient and smooth. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Taiyuan!
