The beds at this hotel are incredibly comfortable! The sheets were soft and smooth, and the mattress had just the right firmness. I'd come back to Barcelona and stay here again just for the bed. It honestly rivals beds at Marriott and Hilton. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive; they even escorted me to my room and showed me around the facilities. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, every item was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The juices were all freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable blends, making for a very pleasant breakfast experience.

The location is very convenient, close to Gràcia Avenue, but it's a 10-minute walk to Casa Batlló. Our room had a balcony, so it was a bit noisy at night, but the bedding was very comfortable. The coffee and Basque cake at breakfast were delicious.

This hotel has been around for 10 years, and the facilities are still well-maintained. However, for two days in a row, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed properly; it was just carelessly done.

All the staff were very friendly. The buffet is excellent, everything was great. And the location is perfect in a very nice area.
