First stop on our French journey! We pre-booked fast-track service, and someone was there to guide us as soon as we landed, which was quick and convenient. The hotel is located right by the Seine River; it's no exaggeration to say you're living amidst the scenery. The Louvre is just a short stroll away, and next door is the Louis Vuitton Dream exhibit. The staff were attentive and polite, and all our requests were handled promptly. The food was delicious and suited Chinese tastes. A perfect experience!

The air conditioning in the room was set too low, and even after turning it off, it would automatically switch back on. I called reception and spoke to the front desk multiple times about it. On the bright side, the pool was beautiful, and the room's toiletries were very diverse and lovely.

The room was nice, but the service wasn't exceptionally good. Breakfast was decent though!

This is an excellent hotel that needs no further explanation. Everything, from their meticulous attention to detail and friendly staff to their problem-solving abilities, is top-notch. From the booking stage, they showed great care by arranging the room ambiance and amenities, and even allowed an early check-in. We also got a room upgrade! The Le Tout-Paris restaurant offered wonderful food, friendly staff, and a beautiful view. I'm so grateful for how they handled an issue that arose during our stay, truly understanding the guest's perspective. I'd love to visit again!

The worst hotel in Paris: The swimming pool water was extremely cold, making swimming impossible. The air conditioning in our room was faulty; it was very cold throughout our stay, causing us to catch colds. Staff later confirmed the problem was with the air conditioning. The sink drain was also faulty; the water wouldn't flow properly. In the morning, a staff member opened our door without knocking or asking, while we were sleeping naked. This happened twice, on the same morning. The hotel promised to clean our room, but no one came to clean it by check-out time. We reported these issues to the front desk, and while they apologized, they offered no solutions or compensation. We've stayed in many hotels in Paris, coming almost every month for work, but this was the worst experience we've ever had. We do not recommend this hotel to other guests.

I checked in with very high expectations, but found it wasn't as good as I imagined; in short, the service wasn't worth the price. The staff gave guests a hard time, and I don't know if this was only the case for Chinese guests—I can't verify that—but it definitely made me feel uncomfortable. I also reported the situation to my supervisor, but the response wasn't as proactive as I expected. Perhaps I should try to choose branded chain five-star hotels whenever possible.

I was very satisfied with the attentive service. They even take into account your preferences. I don't like chocolate desserts, so the first one they delivered was their famous chocolate dessert. I only tried a little bit and then left. Later, the dessert delivery cart just left my room and I saw their classic chocolate dessert for other rooms. When I got to my room, I saw the lemon dessert.
