The staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel is located within Lucknam Park, offering a beautiful environment and plenty of activities for kids. It's also very close to Bath, about a 30-minute drive away. There's no public transport to the hotel, so you'll need to drive or take a taxi.

Great stay overall! The hotel was beautiful and there were so much to do - food, spa, sports, nature. It was exactly the city break we needed. The room was on the smaller side but well equipped. Could do with better mattress.

There was a minor issue with check-in, but thankfully the hotel resolved it. The natural environment was fantastic, and the hotel has many things worth exploring. We had originally planned to soak in the Bath spa, but since the hotel has hot tubs and four or five different saunas, we saved a significant amount of money on the Bath spa. During the Spring Festival holiday, gazing at the stars from the hotel's pool was a unique experience. Soaking in the pools and using the sauna are free services and don't require reservations, but when I asked Ctrip, they said I had to book in person.

Amazing experience — everything was wonderful but if you want to horse back ride I would suggest booking WAY in advance. Spa and food was incredible. A little warm with no AC but otherwise sublime
