Our stay was incredibly disappointing, and I strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking here, especially if you value a good night’s sleep.
We reserved a business queen room, expecting the stylish, modern space shown in the online photos. What we got, however, bore almost no resemblance to those images, likely because the pictures appear to be AI-generated. Even the exterior entrance looked completely different from what was advertised.
Our first room, 2101, was directly beside the elevator, and the noise was unbearable. Between the constant mechanical hum and thin walls, we barely slept for the first few days. When we politely raised the issue, the front desk staff kindly moved us to another room at no charge, and we were grateful for that gesture.
But our relief was short-lived. The very next morning, at 8 a.m., maintenance workers began loud activity right outside our new door in the corridor, waking us up once again. On top of that, the bathroom ventilation was extremely poor; we constantly noticed unpleasant smells, including cigarette smoke and sewage, and a few of our towels even carried a sour vinegar odor.
To be fair, the staff were courteous and tried their best to help, but their efforts couldn't fix the underlying issues with the building, the noise, or the misrepresented photos.
If you're considering this hotel, please be aware of these problems. And whatever you do, avoid room 2101 at all costs. We left exhausted and frustrated, and we hope our experience helps others make a more informed choice.
