Empire Hotel Kowloon－Tsim Sha Tsui

Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Very good Service: Excellent The hotel is very close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, just a few minutes' walk away. The location is superb, with many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It's also very close to Victoria Harbour, which you can see from the room through the window. I've stayed here many times already and look forward to my next visit.

I found this hotel on Ctrip and booked an executive suite. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, complete with a sofa, coffee table, and a desk. The bathroom had a separate shower and even a bathtub, which definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was tidy, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was also very extensive, exceeding my expectations, making it great value for money. The hotel's location is convenient for dining and shopping. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Thanks to the hotel for allowing a late check-out. The swimming pool is still undergoing maintenance. There are some great local eateries nearby, like Tsui Wah Restaurant and Lok Tin Cafe, and it's within walking distance to shopping malls and popular attractions. You can also take the A21 bus directly to the airport. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. One thing to note is that during the check-out peak from 11 AM to 12 PM, the lobby can get incredibly crowded with hundreds of people – I'm not exaggerating. Most of them are mainland Chinese tourists. If you prefer more privacy and a quieter environment and mind the crowds, you might want to consider other options. However, if value for money is your top priority, this place is a great choice!

I've stayed here many times because of its excellent location – right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it convenient to go anywhere! Across the street, there's a 'Wellcome supermarket,' which is very handy for buying things (like water 🤣). It's easy to get everywhere from here. This time, the front desk attendant, 'Alan Lei' (I remember Alan very clearly!), was wearing glasses. He was polite, spoke to us very gently, and proactively helped with our needs. Thank you! The human touch and warmth here are getting better and better. Wishing your hotel great success in business!

The bathroom was very clean – a key indicator for any star-rated hotel. The afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent, offering a wide variety of East-meets-West options. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Overall, I think this hotel is really good value for money. Its location is excellent, making it super convenient for evening strolls and shopping. Even at 11 PM, the area is still bustling, and there's a supermarket downstairs that's open very late, so buying water there is quite affordable. The service and cleanliness inside were also spot on.

Great location, very convenient for getting to Victoria Harbour and Tsim Sha Tsui. The MTR (subway) isn't far either, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Hong Kong Coliseum. The room was a bit small, and the facilities were a little dated. Soundproofing wasn't the best. However, the front desk and bell staff were all very friendly.

Traveled to Hong Kong with my mom. After browsing Ctrip, I found that the Empire Hotel received excellent reviews, so I chose it. The online reviews were indeed honest 👍. If I stay in Tsim Sha Tsui again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The location is superb, within a 15-minute walk to K11 and less than 10 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Within a 5-minute walk, there are established brands like Wah Sao Cafe and Lin Heung Tea House. A taxi from West Kowloon Station costs around 50-60 HKD, and public transport is just a few minutes' walk away – incredibly convenient. Oh, and most importantly, the breakfast was delicious!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Harbour City and Victoria Harbour. They even upgraded our room for free! The room was clean and tidy, and the concierge staff were incredibly warm and helpful, patiently explaining our itinerary. We're very satisfied; it's a hotel with great value for money.
