Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, although our first impression could have been a little better.
The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very pleasant. However, when we first arrived, I felt that the front desk staff were a little cool and robotic, so the welcome didn’t feel as warm as I expected. The staff who helped us with our luggage to the room also didn’t really introduce the hotel or its facilities, and the security guard we met on our first night didn’t seem very friendly either. These small things made our first impression of the service a little disappointing.
Luckily, things became much better from the second day onwards. The staff we met later, especially on our check-out day, were friendly, warm, and always willing to help. Their attitude really made a difference and improved our overall experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious and there were plenty of choices every morning.
The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient and easy to get around and explore the area.
Despite the slightly disappointing start, we still enjoyed our stay. A warmer and more personal welcome on arrival would definitely make the experience even better. Special thanks to the friendly staff we met during the rest of our stay for making us feel much more welcomed!
