Global Village Elegant Lijiang Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangbishan Branch)

The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk kindly arranged a room with the bathtub by the window, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Excellent service! I was lucky to get a room upgrade. Highly recommend checking in here, the staff are very welcoming.

The service was really great! The lady at the front desk even upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was adorable and well-equipped, and the concierge service was available 24/7. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

It's only a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill! And super convenient to walk to Wenchang Pier for a Two Rivers and Four Lakes boat tour! 2. The front desk and all staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They offer desserts, fruit, tea, late-night snacks, a kids' playground, free half-hour trials of ethnic costumes, and a rooftop pool with great views! There's also a gym. 3. Since I had my child with me, they even upgraded us for free to a family room. The bathtub is huge, big enough for 6 people!!! The home theater is super clear and free! I was genuinely surprised. 4. The free breakfast is rich and nutritious, and the restaurant offers direct views of the mountains and rivers. I'm truly satisfied with this price! 5. I had to work at night, and the staff even found me a separate room to work in. 6. They also allowed me to check out late, at 2 PM, and stored my 7 backpacks for free until 6 PM.

The room was very clean. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Guilin, and you can see the Li River from here. The service attitude is excellent.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was good, practically spotless. Environment: The environment was quite nice, no strange odors, and the river view from the window was also pleasant. Service: Although my driving skills aren't great, the staff were still able to help me park.
