Great location and atmosphere! It's right in the core area of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. The lobby offers self-service tea, and their homemade fresh lemon tea is especially delicious. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and parking was convenient. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommend!

This hotel is located right by the river, just a 5-minute walk from Elephant Trunk Hill. Since I was traveling with elderly family and children, they kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor and even gave us a free room upgrade! I ran into a friendly front desk staff member who kindly pressed the elevator button for the seventh floor for me. Before we left, they gave us a souvenir. Halfway home, I realized my child's sun protection jacket was left behind, and they immediately arranged for SF Express to mail it to us. Thumbs up! The service is great, and everything else is pretty good too. It's close to the scenic spots. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Guilin!
