Five-star rating for Anshun Banshan Hotel! Before check-in, the concierge proactively reached out and thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. Not only did they provide three complimentary breakfasts, but we also received fresh fruit upon arrival. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. Upon check-out, they even gave us a lovely little gift. The service was heartwarming at every turn. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Anshun.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the grand and elegant lobby. The overall ambiance was sophisticated and comfortable, with all the facilities brand new and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, paying close attention to every detail. Upon checkout, they even thoughtfully presented us with a special local souvenir, which was a lovely and meaningful gesture. My entire stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Anshun.

This is considered one of the better hotels in Anshun. The scenery is indeed beautiful, offering a view of the rolling hills. However, if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider, as there's a train track right below that can be noisy with occasional honks. Although earplugs were provided, there was still some disturbance. The surrounding area is convenient with many restaurants, and it's not far from the old town. It's still worth trying out.

The room's cleanliness was subpar. Having stayed in numerous luxury hotels, this was a disappointing experience. While it's called a 'scenic hotel,' I couldn't quite grasp what made the view special. Perhaps the hotel has been open for a long time, as the facilities are outdated and the carpets have a lot of stains.

The next day, we had an early check-out, and the butler thoughtfully packed our breakfast beforehand and left it at the front desk. The front desk staff was gentle and meticulous, and the room was spacious and tidy. Thoughtful details were everywhere, making for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!
