The Club Barbados Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Many things were wrong. The room was not good at all. From mold on the bathroom to visable dirty sheets and towels. We asked for new towels and new sheets and it took them literally 4 hours to come and give them to us. We asked for bottled water and they said that they do not provide any bottle water only the 2 bottles that are in the room when we arrived. When asking a question they seemed bothered when having to answer. The island is gorgeous, but this resort is absolutely horrible. I have never complained about anywhere. I’ve ever stayed anywhere except this place. It was very very uncomfortable. I’ve been meaning to contact ******* regarding it. I just didn’t want to be that person. I feel as though I should be definitely compensated for something having to sleep in uncomfort the beds were lopsided, and you felt like you were falling off. Please let me know what I would have to do to be compensated for this.

Absolutely lovely resort. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, you could book almost anything directly through the resort which made making plans so much easier. They had activities daily at the resort, most were free but they had a few options that would cost a little extra but no more than 15 usd for each, our room was clean and spacious, the food was outstanding, I will definitely be returning to the club in the future!!

We had a 3 night stay here, the hotel was ok, we’ve stayed in 5 star hotels for the same price, but Barbados has a price tag! Our room was nice overlooking the sea, and it was very clean. The staff do differ, some are lovely and friendly, and others are arrogant and rude! This needs addressing as it did put me off. Food and drink was average, nothing to write home about. It was mostly buffet style. Location was good easy walk to some shops, bars restaurants.

Had to call daily for towels and washcloths, even after the room was cleaned. Staff was very nice. Food was ok. Top shelf liquor was good. Bottle water hard to come by. No elevator, which may be problematic for older people.

First Impressions: Upon check-in, I was immediately struck by the guest demographic—most visitors were at least three decades older than me. I’ll admit, I was shocked at first, as I hadn’t expected such a significant age gap. That said, the guests turned out to be incredibly welcoming, and I felt embraced by the community. Accessibility & Accommodation: One of the biggest hurdles was being initially placed on the second floor, despite the resort not having elevators. As someone with a handicap, this was concerning. Thankfully, the staff quickly accommodated my needs and ensured I had accessible arrangements. This responsiveness made a huge difference in my stay. Tip for future travelers: Call ahead to confirm accessibility needs. I did try calling before arrival, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Staff Highlights: The staff truly made my trip memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness stood out: Darious (Waiter): Always attentive and made meals enjoyable. Jermaine (Bartender): Hands down the best bartender. Shelly (Food Service): Went above and beyond to ensure our table was accessible and handled any issues seamlessly. Natalie: Helped track down a list of recommended staff from prior guests, which was incredibly thoughtful. Joshua (Front Desk): Made check-in smooth and stress-free. Dave (New Server): Though new, he provided excellent service at dinner and added to the positive experience.

Everything was on island vibe, not quite the 'tight ship' standard of cruise ships. Facility is almost ready for a bit of a face lift. But all in all, very enjoyable, with a particularly lovely pool configuration. Staff was helpful.
