Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

This was my sixth trip to Cancun, and my first time staying at a hotel with so many mosquitoes. The waitstaff at the French restaurant were incredibly noisy with the dishes. They brought out the main course before clearing the appetizer plates. At first, I thought they were just unprofessional, but then I found out they were annoyed that I ordered too much, making their plates difficult to clean. If I had known, I wouldn't have even given them a five-dollar tip. I've stayed in many hotels, and tipping culture is quite common in Cancun, but this hotel takes it a bit too far. The staff weren't professional. For this price, you could definitely find better options. The food was actually decent, but the service staff left a lot to be desired, and there were too many mosquitoes. So, I definitely won't be returning.

The food is delicious and the rooms are clean.

The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. The quality is really good. best

The view is nice and overall clean. There are places where it is too dark at night and it is easy to fall.
