Antique Hostel

Pretty good hostel! The room was very reasonably sized, perfect for one person. The shower had great water pressure, really woke me up in the morning. Breakfast was decent, though I'm not really used to Turkish food.

Hello, I'd like to leave my review about my stay at this hotel. The only excellent thing about this hotel is its location; all historical sites are indeed within walking distance. That's where the positives end. Upon our arrival, we were met by a man with a very displeased look, whom I believe was the owner. The room had old furniture, but it's not just old, it's also dirty – there was dust everywhere, and the sofa looked so unkempt that I was afraid to sit on it. The linens and towels were gray. Seriously, guys, don't be so stingy; towels don't cost millions, and these towels were so bad you'd be scared to dry yourself with them. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. I went to the reception to ask where I could hang a towel, and the owner then brought two adhesive hooks and stuck them right next to each other. Two hooks right next to each other isn't very convenient; the towels are large, and when they hang so close, they don't dry. We asked about Russian channels on the TV, and he just said, 'Look for them, they're there.' My conclusion is that the hotel owner is an unfriendly, irritable person, and I will not be returning to this hotel next time.
