The breakfast was delicious, the place was clean, and Stacy, one of the staff members, had a great attitude.

The environment and location are impeccable; the subway entrance is right outside. The room was very clean. Facilities: Since the hotel is a bit older, some facilities, like the TV, show their age. The breakfast buffet was very good and I was quite satisfied.

Service: The front desk manager upgraded us to a deluxe duplex room. I've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back.

Upon checking in, I proactively inquired and seamlessly connected with Ctrip. They offered the best room type at the optimal price, provided complimentary fruit, and gave helpful tips for check-in and breakfast/local transport. The customer service was excellent.

The location is fantastic, just 50 meters from the metro station, making it super convenient to get to various commercial areas and the ferry. It's also very close to SM Plaza. They have many room types, and this time I stayed in a duplex room. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was good, as was the service. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Xiamen!

The noodle station is right by the entrance, and the smell from frying eggs, without proper ventilation, means that if you sit near there, the greasy smell is quite strong and it gets even hotter. Cleanliness: It was very clean and comfortable, and the room was dry, so my clothes dried almost completely overnight. Environment: Being on a high floor, the view from the window was lovely. The lobby also smelled very pleasant. It would be even better if the main entrance had automatic doors, as pushing them open with luggage was a bit inconvenient. Service: The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and the cleaning ladies were all very good.
