There are plenty of activities available, but it gets incredibly crowded, even on weekdays during the summer break. We opted for a direct pool access room, but it didn't really add much convenience, and getting around from that room type wasn't particularly easy. What's more concerning, the direct access door to the pool couldn't even be locked, which is a significant security flaw. I would strongly advise against booking a pool access room. The breakfast is a buffet, priced at $39 for adults and $19 for children, which I found to be quite overpriced and poor value for money. Honestly, if you have other hotel options, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. While it might appeal if you're seeking a lively, crowded atmosphere, the hotel's prices are simply too high, making it hard to recommend overall.

Traveling with a child, the room was okay, but on the second afternoon we went out twice to make it easier for them to clean. Around 7 pm, when I returned to the room and fell asleep, they knocked on the door and just came in, changed the bathroom towels, and left without even bringing a new bathrobe! The room was completely untouched. On the third day, when I checked out, they knocked on the door at 10 am to ask if the room could be cleaned. I said later, and it seems they prioritized cleaning rooms for those checking out, leaving those still staying at the front of the line! It's really outrageous. Also, the hot spring pool area is for those 18 and older. Kids definitely need to warm up in the hot spring after swimming in this weather, even though it's a heated pool, it's still winter. I went to the hot spring pool myself, and there was hair floating in it… To sum it up, for over 3000 yuan a night, the room was okay, but the service was terrible, the pool was crowded and cold in winter, and the children's hot spring pool wasn't usable – it's not very considerate. At least there should be one area for adults and one for children.

I am very satisfied with booking a villa. Also booked a hotel room. The hotel room has a musty smell. No shower gel. No shampoo. Only conditioner. But very satisfied with the hotel staff and Ctrip.

這家酒店非常適合家庭旅行，尤其是帶孩子的家庭。 整個酒店環境很放鬆，有那種典型 Palm Springs 度假感，棕櫚樹、陽光和大型泳池結合在一起，讓人一入住就進入度假狀態。旁邊就是高爾夫球場。 我們訂的房型空間非常夠用，最讓我驚喜的是上下鋪設計。孩子們幾乎一看到 bunk bed 就興奮瘋了，晚上還搶着睡上鋪。床鋪本身也很舒服，不會有很多酒店上下鋪那種“衹是給孩子湊合睡”的感覺。我們一大三小住起來完全沒有擁擠感，對有多個孩子的家庭來説真的特別友好。 泳池絕對是整個酒店最大的亮點。水滑梯、小朋友淺水區和主泳池都維護得很好，孩子幾乎可以從早玩到晚都不膩。尤其強烈建議帶孩子的話一定要訂一個cabana，真的會舒服很多。Palm Springs 白天太陽很曬，有涼亭之後孩子玩累了可以隨時回來休息、吃東西、換衣服，大人也終於可以真正放鬆下來。 酒店的 poolside food 和 room service 也比想象中好 很多。泳池邊點餐特別方便，不用專門離開泳池去餐廳，炸雞條、薯條、taco 都很適合孩子。房間送餐速度也很快，那個大漢堡意外地非常好吃，分量很足，玩完泳池回房間直接吃真的特別滿足。整體來説，這是一個非常適合親子度假的 resort，我們家三個孩子都玩到完全不想離開。

房間比較大，配套很一般，全屋衹有吧枱櫃最下面有個抽屜，小東西都沒地方放。酒店根本就不看備註，預訂的時候要求安靜的房間，check in的時候也告訴前台，然而房間外面有樓層空調出風口，外面不知道哪裡還有設備，24小時運作，晚上聲音特別大。另外帶了寵物，前台告知需付費175刀，退房時看賬單才發現，寵物這筆費用還額外加税接近25刀，前台並未告知寵物要加税。忘了帶寵物便便袋，入住時前台説等會兒送到房間，可直到退房都沒有送過來，還有説好的寵物碗也沒有…客房衞生打掃得非常敷衍，不擦桌面和衞生間枱麪的，用了的茶包也不補，打電話過後三小時沒送來，又打電話才送來。總之，有點失望，和一晚上700多刀的房費不太匹配。 早餐廳沒去，另外有個西餐廳去了兩次，服務還不錯，味道中規中矩，很一般，價格人均$80。 酒店大廳有個超市，星巴克，挺方便。 孩子們很喜歡游泳池，可能就是本次旅行比較欣慰…的地方
