Novotel Bangkok Impact

The breakfast lacked variety, but the room was very comfortable. It's in a convenient location with parking available, and the check-in process was super fast. The staff were lovely, smiling, and extremely helpful. However, there was a bit too much dust in the room.

Super convenient place to stay if you're attending a concert. The connecting walkway stays open whenever there's an event. Nice rooms and great staff.

Comfortable bed, close to IMPACT. The AC is cold, breakfast is delicious, and getting there for a concert is super easy and convenient.

Very close to Don Mueang Airport with convenient transportation around. There is a Japanese restaurant and a small supermarket downstairs. The room layout is great, and the breakfast is also plentiful. A great stay experience!

Directly connected to the station and Thunderdome, no umbrella needed! You can see Thunderdome from the room! Be aware, there was no toothbrush! Breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, some staff didn't speak English. I asked for a toothbrush and was told 'OK' but then ignored. That was the only disappointment...

I stayed here to attend a live concert at Thunderdome. Although the concert was eventually cancelled due to flooding in the surrounding area, I was still very grateful that I could access the convenience store and Cosmo Bazaar via the covered skywalk. As someone who's a bit of a germaphobe, this was a huge plus. I also appreciated being able to watch YouTube on the room's TV. All the staff members were very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. If I ever have another chance to attend a concert at a nearby venue, I would definitely love to stay here again.

The staff were all excellent, from the front desk to the housekeepers who cleaned the rooms. The staff at the premium lounge were also very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and up to standard, with no unpleasant odors, and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. My only slight complaint is with the concierge staff who handled luggage and transportation. They seemed less willing to assist Thai guests or explain details about the airport shuttle or car bookings. They didn't explain the prices of different car types for going to the airport and simply told me to take the BTS myself. They didn't even help to find a taxi. I understand that the hotel might not earn revenue from calling a taxi, but it was very poor service that they didn't help at all and even showed signs of annoyance. They should be more dedicated to providing good service.

Attending a FANCON, having the Dome right next to the hotel was a huge help! Even with the rain, it was only a short walk of a few minutes to get back. The hotel facilities and staff were all great. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I come for another event! 😆
