1. The room had a Tibetan-style decor. 2. Getting around was quite convenient as it was easy to catch a ride. 3. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the breakfast spread was very good. 4. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. The service was exceptional, and I particularly appreciated Butler Xiao Ban proactively contacting me before check-in and providing attentive, personalized service via WeChat throughout my stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and our butler, Lily, was incredibly attentive and helpful with any issues we had. The location is also great, close to the park entrance, and they offer a convenient shuttle service directly there. They even provide complimentary late-night snacks! The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good; we ended up eating there two nights in a row. I highly recommend the yak hotpot. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I visit in the future.

This hotel was perfect for our family road trip – very comfortable and pleasant. It's close to the scenic area, and the hotel itself is new and well-maintained. If needed, they even arrange a private car to take you to the entrance of the scenic spot. The concierge service was excellent, and the laundry service was a thoughtful touch; they really pay attention to the details. The breakfast buffet was extensive and a big hit with the kids, who insisted on staying for two nights! Highly recommended!

Service: The service was great, and responses were prompt. They provided complimentary fruits, snacks, drinks, and even supper. Breakfast was also very extensive. A huge shoutout to Days Inn by Wyndham Jiuzhaigou and particularly to Lily at the front desk! 🌟 The best decision we made for our trip to Jiuzhaigou was choosing this hotel, and meeting Lily was the warmest encounter of our journey! 💯 She proactively added us on WeChat the day before our arrival to ask about our needs, which immediately made a great impression. What was even more touching was that we accidentally booked two different room types for our two-night stay. Given it was peak season, changing rooms would have been a huge hassle, but Lily went above and beyond to coordinate and upgrade us to the same excellent room, saving us the trouble of moving – so thoughtful! 👏 When we checked in, she saw we had a child with us and immediately offered an extra breakfast without us even asking. As soon as we entered the room, kids' slippers and dental kits were swiftly delivered – her attention to detail was truly amazing! In the evening, she even made sure to remind us about the complimentary supper, thinking of our needs right down to the late-night snack... From booking to check-in, we felt completely taken care of throughout, and my family had a wonderfully comfortable stay. This hotel was the best find of our entire trip to Jiuzhaigou! The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade upon check-in. They also offered thoughtful complimentary late-night snacks and small treats. Every staff member was incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and professional. The free shuttle service to the scenic area and help with booking private cars saved us so much hassle! This place is definitely worth it; I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou!

Excellent hotel! I arrived quite late and hadn't had dinner yet, so it was a pleasant surprise that the hotel offered complimentary late-night snacks. The food was delicious, especially the beef noodles – they came with more beef than you'd find anywhere else, and it was all-you-can-eat!
