I had to go to Stamford for emergency passport replacement. Hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located walking distance from the passport agency and public library. Staff was accommodating. Had computer with printer I could use to access and print documents needed even though I did not have my computer with me on my interrupted vacation. Good budget hotel for a short stay located in a neighborhood where I felt safe.

It was good value so my ratings are based on both the question and the cost. But the room was clean, the TV had a lot of networks, and though limited there was a gym. Breakfast was also included and offered multiple options.

The staff here were all super nice. Room was clean except for some minor details plenty of parking garage can be a bit scary to access the first time but it is very well maintained it seems. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were very thin, even with two pillows it was uncomfortable. Comforter was dirty. Requested a wheelchair accessible room but was not given one which made getting around difficult. Very limited breakfast choices. Items that should have been refrigerated for breakfast were just left on the counter to get warm.

The hotel is situated a bit uphill, so dragging luggage up can be a struggle. However, on weekdays, they offer a complimentary shuttle service within a 2-mile radius upon request, which is very convenient for getting around. The room itself has two large, openable windows with a nice view. It's well-equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, coffee maker, and complimentary packaged coffee. The free breakfast is entirely vegetarian and cold, featuring bread, pastries, waffles, butter, cheese, fruit, and cereal. The only downside is that they don't provide local tourist maps, which is a bit inconvenient.
