There's free tennis available, and while the gym isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. The breakfasts are good, and the food in general is excellent. The massage at the spa was mediocre. There's direct access to the sea, along with free sun loungers and towels.

The hotel's front desk staff, Mind, was incredibly unfriendly towards Chinese guests. She specifically assigned us rooms near a large construction site and close to the road. The noise from motorcycles on the road at night was constant, and we were woken up early every morning by construction noise. What's even more infuriating is that Trip.com contacted the hotel several times before my check-in, asking them to arrange better rooms, but in the end, they completely disregarded Chinese guests. My next-door neighbors were also Chinese, and it was a connecting room, offering no soundproofing at all. The experience was terrible. The beachfront pool was also undergoing major renovations, and the hotel's facilities were old and outdated, definitely not up to InterContinental standards... Moreover, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality was mediocre. The pools within the hotel were unusable – very small and dirty... In short, this was the worst InterContinental stay I've ever had, and it deserves a huge negative review! Also, before checking out, I saw another Chinese guest being assigned to the room next door. This is building 5, and it should absolutely be avoided. I noticed that building 4, which faces it, was occupied by Caucasians, and it was very quiet, backed by a mountain. That front desk woman is truly malicious!

The hotel environment is great, the service is on point, the breakfast buffet is delicious, it's convenient to get to the beach, and the hotel restaurants offer a good variety of tasty options.

True to its Michelin 2-star equivalent rating, the hotel offers distinct experiences in its Hillside and Beachside sections. I highly recommend trying both. The facilities are diverse, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach. This time, I stayed in a Club room, which provided access to a private pool, daily breakfast, afternoon tea sets, and an all-day freshly brewed coffee service. It's truly ideal for a vacation.

The service was excellent, everyone was friendly, and the room was very clean. The pool water temperature was just right, and the water quality was clean! Kak was especially enthusiastic and took great care of the elderly. It was a very satisfying vacation!

This was the last hotel of our two-week trip to Phuket, and we stayed in a one-bedroom private club pool villa. First, let's talk about the overall environment. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, with good greenery and a nice resort atmosphere. However, one thing I found a bit unfortunate is that there's a road running through the middle of the hotel, dividing it into two halves. So, you pretty much need to call a buggy to get anywhere. The good thing is that the buggies come quite quickly, making getting around convenient. But the downside is also obvious – it really takes away from the feeling of being able to just stroll around and take a leisurely walk within the hotel. For a resort hotel, I personally prefer places where you can walk around at your own pace. The villa we stayed in was generally decent. It had its own pool, and it was comfortable enough. It wasn't particularly stunning, but there were no obvious issues either. What truly surprised my husband and me this time was actually the Club breakfast. Although I didn't take any photos at the time, it's definitely worth mentioning. The breakfast here isn't a buffet; instead, every dish is made to order from a menu. The dishes we ordered were all incredibly delicious, and the overall quality was much higher than we expected. In fact, we both later agreed that if we ever come back to Phuket, we might consider staying here again just for the breakfast. As for the beach, I personally found it to be pretty average. The entire bay is relatively quiet, with only about two or three hotels, so it's not too crowded, which is a plus. However, the sand isn't particularly fine. Compared to Outrigger, where we stayed before, I think the beach there was much more comfortable. Regarding service, the front desk service during check-in was excellent, and all the staff members in the hotel were very enthusiastic, almost always greeting us proactively. The only minor observation is that the buggy drivers might be genuinely too busy every day, as they seemed a bit tired, but their attitude was still good. Overall, the hotel's environment, service, and especially the Club breakfast are significant advantages, with the breakfast truly providing an unexpected surprise. The biggest regret is that the hotel is split by a road, requiring frequent buggy rides. For those who prefer to walk and wander freely around a resort, it might feel like something is missing.
