The hotel was unclean, the pool was very dirty and in poor condition, and the rooms smelled of food. They put us in another hotel belonging to the same group, which was also very bad. One of the ashtrays broke. I checked out at 12:00 PM, and at 5:00 PM they told me that the ashtray cost $15. They're thieves! May God punish them.

I really liked the hotel 👍 Wonderful staff, we were lucky with the cleaning staff. They were helpful and always came quickly to help. Everything was perfect, the pool was wonderful, the trees were beautiful. There was also billiards. We didn't check anything about the spa. Despite the hotel being a bit run-down, I fell in love with it with all my heart. But on the downside: we arrived on Monday for check-in and no one from the hotel met us. The hotel itself didn't immediately realize we had paid for the room or when they would check us in. The entire management is located at another hotel by the beach. It's not very convenient to run back and forth with children, especially for an adult, after an illness on another island. And our mistake. They didn't check what was in the room. Upon checkout, we had to pay for an umbrella, which we didn't see or touch. Well, of course, our room smelled a bit damp and was a bit dark. But for me personally these are small things. The main thing is that I had the opportunity to swim.

STOP! I want to warn everyone... And this isn't a cry from the heart, it's a warning. My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever upon returning from a trip. There's everything about this disease online. I was bitten by mosquitoes at this hotel because it's old, musty, and damp, and even the mosquito nets don't help... the hotel apparently knows this. There are no issues with the service and maintenance; they're great, doing everything they can. As for the mosquitoes, they're doing their job, and they're infected. Get a new hotel from this chain; there's a multi-story building nearby.

This hotel forced us to buy their laundry! They told us it was free after we did our laundry, and the bill even said $0! But when we checked out, they wrote the number of clothes on the $0 receipt and made us pay $40 for laundry! The clothes were awful! And they still wanted $40! And they never told us beforehand that we needed to pay! We were in a rush to catch our seaplane, so they scared us by saying the boat had already left and we wouldn't make it! They forced us to pay $40, even though the boat hadn't even left! If they had told us beforehand that laundry would cost extra, I wouldn't have needed the hotel's laundry service! Don't come to this hotel!!! (The housekeeping guy was very nice!)
