Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko

Great hotel! They even have cute cats 🐱. The location is super convenient, you can see Mount Fuji right outside 🗻. Plus, the front desk staff were really friendly '◡'. We also went to Fuji-Q Highland amusement park.

Fantastic hostel! It's super beautiful and clean. There's a restaurant with very affordable prices. You can even see Mount Fuji right from the street next to our room! There's a veranda and a courtyard where they let us do yoga in the mornings. Plus, there's a cute ginger cat living at the hostel!

A bit pricey, but absolutely wonderful. The environment is great, and the stay was very comfortable. It's the perfect choice for Kawaguchiko, really close to all the main attractions—you can walk everywhere. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I visit next time.

First off, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. I don't speak the language, but they were so patient and friendly in helping me, making this trip a truly valuable memory. It was also very quiet at night, and the whole hostel had a fantastic vibe. **Facilities:** Very complete, with a microwave, hot water, and tea available.

We booked a room for two, and it came with two mattresses and two bedding sets. You could arrange them on different levels, but we pushed the mattresses together on the mid-level to make one large bed. Mount Fuji was visible from the window. The hostel itself is lovely and well-designed. If shared bathrooms and toilets bother you, then this isn't the place for you. However, the toilet was almost always empty and very clean. There's a smell in the kitchen, but you can eat in the lobby, which has sofas, tables, and chairs. The bikes for rent weren't working as some bloggers had promised, but bike rentals were available everywhere else in the city.
