First, the sink design is impractical; water splashes everywhere! Second, I'm not sure where the leak is coming from, but the floor is constantly wet. It gets soaked every time the water is used.

The hotel's environment is elegant, and the hygiene details are well-managed, allowing for a full night of peaceful sleep. The overall check-in experience far exceeded expectations; there were no strange odors in the room, and the amenities were complete. Highly recommended for a stay.

First, I have to question Ctrip. When booking a hotel, besides looking at user reviews, I also pay close attention to Ctrip's official evaluations. This hotel is officially listed by Ctrip as the second-best high-end hotel in Zhangye. Has Ctrip genuinely assessed this hotel? 1. The hotel's soundproofing is very poor. Being in a bustling downtown area, sound insulation should be a priority, but the windows fail to provide it. We could hear people talking on the first floor even from our room on the ninth floor, not to mention the traffic noise and motorcycles revving late at night. 2. A crucial factor in determining if a hotel is high-end is the quality of its mattresses. However, this hotel features very ordinary spring mattresses; you can clearly feel each individual spring when you sit on it. This isn't an old, long-established hotel, so what makes it high-end? 3. Other minor issues include a leaky shower design and a sink that's too small, causing water to splash all over the counter when the faucet is turned on. Ctrip should really pay more attention to its official hotel ratings. If they're not professional, how can customers trust them? If they don't even conduct basic assessments, they shouldn't be publishing any official rankings.

We booked two different room types, and both were fantastic! They were clean and spacious, and the service was incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was generous, they offer free parking, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. We'll definitely be staying here again next time!

This hotel is great, with a good location and pleasant surroundings. It was our third stop on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. The in-depth tour of Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park and the Giant Buddha Temple are highly recommended. The hotel even sent a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. We were very satisfied.

This was the worst hotel on our Hexi Corridor trip in terms of value for money, comfort, environment, and service! For example, when I went to breakfast before 10 AM, a bunch of staff members were already crowding the food area, holding milk cartons and waiting for drops to come out, so there was basically no food left for guests. On the way back to my room, I saw a cleaning lady lying on a sofa in a room playing on her phone. I called the front desk countless times, but it was always busy. The hallways were dim... This is the first negative review I've ever written on Ctrip!

The front desk agent was kind enough to upgrade our room, and it was quiet, spacious, and bright during our stay. A couple of minor drawbacks: the cleanliness was a bit lacking when it got busy, and the showerhead in the bathroom was oddly low – I'm not sure what its purpose was. Also, the sink faucet had a design flaw; the water would easily splash out as soon as you turned it on. Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options across the street, like Baifu and a delicious beef noodle soup place. It's also super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. Seriously, everyone should stay here!

The hotel is conveniently located near Zhangye West Station, and they even offer a shuttle service despite being so close! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and overall, I had a great stay!

This hotel is right across from Zhangye West Station. My friend and I dragged our luggage over, and the road was a bit tricky to cross. The navigation led us astray, but it's actually right next to the Xiyu Hotel. Just cross the road directly, no need to worry about the crosswalk. The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. In the lobby, there's complimentary bottled water, snacks, red date tea, coffee, and more. Snacks are also provided daily in the room. The laundry room on the 5th floor has five washing machines and five dryers, along with detergent and fabric softener. The breakfast is quite generous, and the egg tarts are especially delicious! The staff were also very friendly; they even lent me their personal phone when I needed to make a call. However, there are a couple of downsides. The sink in the room always overflows, getting all the toiletries wet. Also, there's nowhere to hang clothes in the shower, which is a bit of a shame.
