The room was nice, and the lobby manager was polite and professional, proactively resolving our issues. The breakfast was also good. Overall, a great experience.

Close to the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was plentiful. The staff were also very friendly. It would be even better if they had a delivery robot for takeaways.

Nearly 600 RMB a night for a hotel room that doesn't even have a fridge or hand soap. The staff said the hand soap was taken by other guests and they had no more because the hotel was fully booked. Seriously, what kind of hotel doesn't even have a spare bottle for hand soap? Then the staff gave us a sachet of shampoo and told us it was hand soap. On top of that, the shower water temperature was really unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. It was a particularly terrible stay, and I have no idea how they got a 4.7 rating. The only positive was that the staff's service attitude was quite enthusiastic, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

Facilities: The amenities are very comprehensive, offering a good smart experience. There's a wet/dry separation, a heated toilet seat, a very comfortable shower head, and the bed is also extremely comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidily arranged. Environment: The hotel's location is easy to find. The breakfast restaurant on the first floor has a particularly rich variety of options; the馍 (steamed bun), beef noodles, and beef ribs were especially memorable. Service: The staff were very efficient. They offered complimentary afternoon tea, and even prepared a souvenir gift upon departure. There were also pre-packed coffees at the bar, which was a very thoughtful touch. After the terrible experience at Zhuo'ershan Guanshan B&B, at the same price point, the service here is completely different – that's the gap! I give a big thumbs up to Puyue! Trip.com, please open your eyes and recommend quality hotels like this one!

The hotel has a grand atmosphere, the bedding in the rooms is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are patient and enthusiastic. I highly recommend Colorful Danxia and Gangshika; beautiful Zhangye! Highly recommended.

The hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which was very spacious and felt luxurious. Even the toiletries like toothbrushes were of good quality. It's a shame the weather in Zhangye wasn't great; it really wasted the high-floor room as I couldn't see the Qilian Mountains. The breakfast had a good variety, and the beef stir-fry with rice was the highlight.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants right outside. After a day of sightseeing, it's convenient to just head downstairs for a meal. However, the bathroom design could be improved; the water pressure is inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold. Overall, for the price, it's a decent stay.

The hotel is quite a distance from Zhangye West Station. It was great to drop off our luggage and then pick up our rental car from eHi. It's very close to Wetland Park and the Giant Buddha Temple. Upon arrival, we were proactively upgraded to an executive room, which had a nice ambiance. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, and there was no extra charge for children. My biggest concern before arriving was the hot water, but it turned out to be plentiful. However, the sink was indeed too small and prone to collecting water, which caused the bathroom cabinet to warp. There wasn't much storage space in the room either. Surface parking was limited, so we had to park underground, and the elevator wait time during peak hours was too long. The staff were all very enthusiastic and proactive in resolving issues.

The hotel is diagonally opposite West Station, which was very convenient for picking up and returning my rental car from eHi. There are many dining options downstairs and across the street. The environment is clean and getting around is easy. We were quite satisfied with our two-night stay in Zhangye as a rest stop while traveling the Hexi Corridor.
