There is a 3-storey mall right below, packed with great amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a variety of free-access playgrounds. It also features a link bridge where you can take a brisk walk directly to SkyAvenue and the Theme Park. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their time here. Check-in and check-out were extremely fast and hassle-free, and it didn't take long to get the RM200 deposit refunded. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended!

Room was fair. got hair strands at sofa behind the cushion. Sofa has to much cushions, not sure the purpose. Has to put aside.
Toilet was ok. Just slow draining at the shower. Water builds up fast. Better use bathub.
There is working n clean big fridge, conduction cooker and washer. There is microwave sticker but no microwave.
For muslims, food is a bit hard to get, mostly non halal restaurant/syubhah. But we have papparich in the mall, estimate aperson rm20-30/meal. No foodpanda/grab. You can if you want drive down to gohtong jaya area. Or walk to skyworlg genting. Or else bring your own food at home.
The bin is under the sink. It will be nice if can readily prepare extra plastic.
Facilities are good n nice. However the agent explanation on dacilities are poor and need to be updated. To book facilities, you need to download an app, and key in password which agent hasfailed to inform to us.
Overall, the room and surrounding facilities were good, but the customer service, response time, and follow-up on the jacuzzi issue need significant improvement. The issue was never properly checked or resolved during our stay.
