It is a good hotel and affordable

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, organized a shuttle to the airport on my request ahead of time, which was very helpful, and the hotel itself is very modern and clean, seemingly brand new. The people in Madison are great, just like you'd expect. Will definitely return here when I fly out of MSN in the future.

Very nice, very clean, best hotel gym I’ve seen in a hotel that charges less than $200. Had machines, dumbbells, even a full squat rack (not a Smith machine, legit bar, weights, full cage). Nice pool area with hot tub and solid breakfast

The room was spotless. Room service was lacking. Food was not hot, fries were not seasoned and soggy, no utensils, no salt/pepper/condiments.

A clean and very spacious room, nice shower, helpful staff, sufficient breakfast, AND a garage--greatly appreciated in the current sub-zero weather. The garage is secure, too.

Having rooms to accommodate a family of 5, heated indoor parking (during winter), and hot breakfast menu is the best!

Room key would not open parking or man door. When Receptionist was told, he said sorry about that, but with no eye contact or emotion. Then the same non-response later when it would not open the door.
