Good location and good service, same like Grande Centre Point Prestige I stayed a month ago. Not too crowded at streets and lots of Japanese restaurants around.

I come here every year. I've been here more than ten times, and I always stay for a few days. It feels like home here. Plus, the doormen and front desk staff all recognize me now. I really appreciate that, it shows how humane the hotel is from top to bottom – I've also recommended it to many friends. I just left two days ago, but I suddenly felt unwell. So I rebooked and wanted to rest for a few days. After thinking it over, I booked a few more nights here and will be going back. I also love the massages here… I hope they can save my previous room for me.

The room was very clean, and it's great that they have smoking rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it! The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and it's very close to the BTS. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, though I didn't get a chance to use it.

Facilities: Excellent, they have their own doorman. There's also a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS. Service: The front desk staff are great and speak Chinese. Cleanliness: Always spotless, I've stayed here many times. Environment: There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and I recommend the boat noodles!
