This hotel is located in Bangkok's 'Japanese District,' surrounded by countless Japanese restaurants and supermarkets, with most of the street pedestrians and store patrons being Japanese. While the hotel lobby is quite grand, the room facilities are rather subpar: the space is small, the bedding isn't very comfortable, and the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, making it difficult for washed clothes to dry and even causing them to develop an odor. Consequently, I had originally planned to stay for 7-8 days but ended up checking out after only two nights and moving to another hotel.
Moreover, five days after checking out, the credit card deposit has still not been refunded (at another hotel in Bangkok, the deposit was returned immediately upon checkout). After emailing to inquire, the hotel merely gave a cold reply saying, 'Please wait or contact your bank,' showing a lack of proactive service.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. The bedding was so cozy, I slept really well. The shuttle bus to the light rail station was super convenient, running every 20 minutes. There's a spa on the fifth floor of the hotel, making it very easy to go for a spa treatment, and their techniques are excellent.

Great service and amenities. Nothing to complaint about. The free tuk tuk to Thong Lo BTS comea with high frequency which is a nice touch. Love the ample bottled drinks provided.
Would like to see a 24hrs gym instead of fixed hours which some hotel so provide.
