Four Seasons Hotel Macao

I highly recommend the Four Seasons! The service is excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping, everyone is incredibly friendly. I was especially touched when I brought my own disposable bedding set. Since I'm not good at making the bed, I just roughly covered myself with it. The next day, housekeeping noticed and kindly made the bed for me – truly heartwarming! The lady who checked us in was also super nice; she not only processed our check-in quickly but also personally showed us to our room and provided a Macau travel guide. Thank you! 🙏 They even prepared toiletries specifically for children and the hotel has adorable mascots too! 🌹

The service, as always, was excellent. We were upgraded to a room directly facing the Eiffel Tower, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. Breakfast runs from 7 AM to 2 PM, so there's no pressure to wake up early, and you can enjoy unlimited Boston lobster – the breakfast spread is truly lavish. The hotel has direct access to The Venetian and The Parisian, making shopping incredibly convenient. A vacation should be all about enjoying such an environment and service like this.

I booked this stay through Trip.com for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. After I noted the occasion in advance, the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and prepared desserts and fresh fruit, making it feel very special and much to my parents' delight. During our trip, my child suddenly came down with a fever, and the front desk quickly arranged for an early check-in. They even gave a small gift, which really cheered my child up. The room was absolutely beautiful, with expansive views from the window, perfect for our family photos. The foreign staff member at the entrance saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it; they were very kind and humble. I especially want to commend the hotel concierge; their smile was so sweet, and their arrangements were meticulous and thoughtful. Staying at the Four Seasons Macau really put us at ease. I've always had a soft spot for the Four Seasons brand, and this stay was just as satisfying. The staff were very attentive to the needs of both the elderly and children, patiently addressing all our requests. When I return to Macau, the Four Seasons will still be my top choice, and I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children or elderly relatives.

Overall clean, though the facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning always made a strange noise when on, but it was still decent. The location is super convenient for visiting The Venetian, Wynn Palace, and The Parisian for some entertainment.
