Centrally located. The upgraded room was incredibly spacious, featuring a living room, balcony, bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom – truly a star-hotel standard. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. Excellent value for money.

I want to start by praising the service. From the moment I stepped out of the car, a bellhop immediately took my luggage – very professional and polite. The beautiful lady at the front desk was not only kind but also provided excellent service, even upgrading my room and breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the beef noodle soup toppings were absolutely incredible! They had spicy chicken, beef, minced meat, and crispy cracklings, with a choice of clear beef broth or Kaili sour soup! We also visited Xiuli Tao and the Xiaoshizi Silver Ornament City, which was very close and within walking distance.

I booked this room for my elderly relatives. I called the front desk beforehand, and their service attitude was excellent. The room decor had a local touch. Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were well-arranged, and the staff were very polite. My family sent me pictures of the buffet dinner; there was a wide variety of seafood, and even individual hot pots, so it definitely felt worth the price. They even granted a late checkout until 4 PM, and when checking out, they gave us a small local souvenir. Overall, the service was fantastic.

Traveled to Kaili with my parents, visiting Xiasi, Kaili, and Xijiang along the way. The hotel is located in the heart of Kaili, very convenient with plenty of great food options nearby and easy access to transportation. The pre-purchased voucher even included dinner, which was a nice bonus.

The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast offered a rich variety. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patiently recommended local specialty foods. We visited Longde Shangzhai and Xijiang Qianhu Miao Villages, and the Miao people were simple and hospitable. The 'Cun Chao' (village super league) and 'Cun BA' (village basketball association) were lively and vibrant, showcasing ethnic characteristics. Truly, 'Travel across the land of China, the most beautiful and colorful is Guizhou.'

My stay at Guizhou Culture and Tourism Jiatu Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with a giant leaf-shaped chandelier that's incredibly stylish and incorporates local ethnic characteristics. The marble floors are sparkling clean, giving the whole place a sophisticated and elegant feel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. The buffet restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a rich variety of breakfast options including pastries, hot dishes, and authentic local delicacies from Southeast Guizhou like Sour Soup Noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's free parking for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like Xijiang and Xiashi. The guest rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As a hotel under the Culture and Tourism brand, the quality is reliable, making for a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kaili!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Kaili. The room's bathroom is quite spacious, making for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend their breakfast; it offers a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed a bowl of sour soup noodles in the morning. Also, try the 'Shefan' (community rice) – it's glutinous rice mixed with some local specialties and definitely worth recommending.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it has its own underground parking. The front desk staff provided quick service. It was pouring rain the day we checked in, and the hotel had small plastic bags ready at the entrance for wet umbrellas, which shows great attention to detail. 👍
