Excellent service, and the toiletries were great! 👍 The room was right across from the Imperial Hotel. So convenient!

This is utterly shocking! A five-star hotel like this? The room itself was small, which was acceptable, but the facilities and price were completely mismatched. The amenities were even worse. Even a decent, comfortable hotel in mainland China isn't this bad. I can't understand why Ctrip would list it. Don't they do any research? Speechless. Terrible review! I hope the hotel will see this review; it was definitely the worst stay I've ever had.

Should I say it's a hotel with good marketing? The system where you can earn points and accumulate mileage and receive discounts if you sign up for a card seems to be what keeps people coming back. Since it's a hotel that's practically dead without the ***, the hotel's condition isn't appealing compared to other hotels. It is ridiculously expensive, and one-time experience is enough. Do not stay for more than two days; you'd be better off going to a different hotel with this money.

The rooms were large and luxurious, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

This trip to Macau was to see the animal heads. The three of us booked two hotel rooms through Ctrip. At around 12 noon that day, the taxi arrived at one of the booked hotels, the Conrad Hotel, and checked in alone. We were very polite. After finishing the luggage storage and check-in procedures with the service of the front desk guy (the room card will be added later), we then went to have lunch nearby, and then took a taxi around 2:30 to go to the Macau Peninsula MGM Hotel Museum to see the animal head exhibition. At about 5:30, the taxi returned to MGM Cotai in Taipa for two people to check in (the luggage was stored at Conrad, and there was no doorman luggage service). During the check-in process, I asked the waiter if he wanted to make a reservation at the hotel's Cantonese restaurant. Can he help? When making a reservation, I was told that I could make a reservation by pressing 0 on the wired phone after getting into the room. However, after a lot of phone calls, I ended up going to eat Portuguese food near the Conrad Hotel. Common disadvantages: The button of the MGM toilet will not automatically rebound after flushing. Advanced disadvantages: Since the water provided by the MGM hotel is a small bottle of water like the casino, several bottles are not enough to make a pot, and it is barely enough to boil. Two cups of scented tea. I wanted to drink a cup of warm water when I got up in the morning. I called the front desk at 7 o'clock to ask for water delivery. However, it was not delivered by 9 o'clock, so I had to go downstairs to have breakfast. Hmm, okay, a hotel priced at RMB 5,800 a night should provide this kind of service. The above-mentioned substandard services are acceptable. After all, people work part-time and have difficulty making ends meet, so this can be forgiven. There is an even more outrageous thing: After having breakfast at 9 o'clock, I went shopping around the hotel and returned to the hotel around 12:30. As a result, the room card could not open the elevator and could not go upstairs. During this period, the hotel did not call to inform me that the room card would be invalidated ( (My phone number was left when I checked in). It felt so good to not be able to access the elevator control and go back to the guest room. My blood pressure immediately soared! I vowed never to stay at this hotel again and to leave negative reviews. MGM Cotai’s practice of kicking guests out must be carried forward. (The lion in picture 4 can only sleep in a trash can)!

The environment of MGM Cotai is elegant and the rooms are fully equipped; the staff has a good service attitude and the food and beverage options are also very diverse; the MGM Theater is even more colorful with "Macau 2049" directed by Zhang Yimou. It is my favorite hotel in Macau.
