The breakfast was great, and besides the main restaurant, there's also a more affordable cafeteria. The room didn't have a private bathroom, so I had to use the onsen bathhouse, but overall it was a good experience.

I booked this hotel by chance. The drive from Biei to New Chitose Airport was quite long, so I stayed there for a night. Shoes are removed immediately upon entering the hotel, but socks are provided. It was a first-time experience, so I could walk around the hotel grounds barefoot or in socks. But I was reassured. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The food was excellent, with a homely flavor, like my mom or grandma cooking. There's a large golf course right outside, and it was a steal at ¥400.

The last time was very good, so this is my second time staying here within the last six months. The hot springs were relaxing and relaxing, the dinner was delicious, and the staff were all kind and had lovely smiles. I want to go again. It was also nice that the rooms were barrier-free. I hope to bring my grandparents and parents here someday.

It is recommended that passengers who drive themselves take priority. There are taxis near the station or taxis that can be contacted by phone, but if it is too late, you may not be able to find a taxi. The hot spring room we stayed in was very nice, with both indoor and outdoor areas, and it was quite romantic when it snowed.

My family of five stayed in a shared room. The bath was lit up at night and was very beautiful. However, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was quite poor.

It was very clean, the staff were polite, and even though dinner wasn't included, they kindly explained things like, "Do you want to go out?" The breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that it was a bit of a hassle to go up and down the stairs to get to and from the room. Other than that, there were no issues. I also learned that there was a private bath available for people with disabilities, so I could bring my parents and I'd definitely like to use it next time. The price is a bit steep, though.
