Chenduo Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port Vientiane City)

The front desk staff at check-in last night had an awful attitude; she wouldn't even look at me. When I asked her a question, she acted as if I owed her money, with a completely sour face. When I got to my room, I found the bath towel was torn. I called the front desk, and the first thing she said, in an impatient tone, was: "Your takeout is at the door." It was only when I told her it was about the bath towel that she told me to wait. The person who came to replace the towel didn't say a word. If you're looking for a place to get annoyed, this is your hotel. It's truly hard to find such terrible front desk service these days. However, the front desk staff at check-out the next morning was different and had a noticeably much better attitude.

This hotel offers great value for money. The facilities are brand new and feature smart controls. The location is excellent too, with several famous Chinese and Japanese restaurants downstairs. Across the road, you'll find MixC (shopping mall), the Book City commercial area, and parking is quite convenient. The room was clean, brightly lit, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a huge plus. The only minor drawback is the soundproofing; it can get a bit noisy during peak travel times and cleaning hours.

I really liked it! The bed was super comfy and relaxing, and the movie projector was awesome. The only downside is that there's no window, so you need to run the AC for ventilation and the bathroom fan; otherwise, it can get stuffy after a while. Overall, it's still really good!!!

Really good! The bedding is comfortable, and the environment is quiet enough. Opening the window reveals greenery. For this price in Shenzhen, it's excellent, and it even includes breakfast. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area.

Right across from MixC shopping mall and very close to the subway station. The hotel is newly renovated. It's quiet, perfect for families with kids. There are many great restaurants downstairs. Parking is convenient. It's clean and tidy.

The hotel is located opposite MixC World. Breakfast is simple, offering soy milk, eggs, steamed buns, and shumai. My kids really enjoyed the projector TV. The room has a fake window, so you need to turn on the air conditioning; otherwise, it gets quite stuffy. Be careful if anyone smokes, as it might trigger the smoke alarm. It's also very close to the Shenzhen Museum of Ancient Art.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping area with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was very clean, and the environment was quiet and cozy. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, paying attention to every detail. Overall, it was a great experience, and they even offer free breakfast, as well as complimentary milk tea and coffee in the lobby.
