BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach - Adult Only

I arrived at BlueSotel SMART after a long journey and was initially given a Deluxe Double Room With Balcony. When I mentioned a couple of small things, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately offered to move me and ended up upgrading me to an absolutely stunning room with a beautiful freestanding bathtub and one of the best views in the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room felt luxurious, and the whole vibe of the hotel is just perfect. The rooftop pool and location near the beach are bonuses too. The service here is genuinely excellent — they really go out of their way to make you happy. Highly recommend this place PS I arrived at BlueSotel SMART around 11AM and even though check-in was officially at 3 PM. They welcomed me right away .

A bit of disappointed when I arrived. I have wrongly booked and confused between BlueSotel and BlueSotel Smart ! Initially I am looking at BlueSotel which is at the main road not at the behind there. BlueSotel Smart location a bit off. During my check out day and time. I am looking at laundry bag. When I calling operator. She was asking me collect the laundry bag at reception. Unfortunately when I arrived at reception. She only pass me and small one. And she mentioned laundry bag out of stock and no more. If you’re the customer. How you feel ? Hotel should have a better service and someone have to responsible to make sure all operations things are enough stock. Your inventory must do have a checklist to make sure business run smoothly

Good experience. The rooftop pool is great and the room is quite spacious. The location is abit annoying because it’s a steep walk to the main road but other that than that good hotel

An Amazing Stay at BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach I recently stayed at BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning views, and the hotel facilities including the gym and spa were excellent. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and other attractions in Aonang. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Gina, one of the hotel staff. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Gina made me feel truly taken care of and made everything so much easier. Her warm hospitality left a lasting impression. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely return. Thank you to everyone at BlueSotel SMART and a special thanks to Gina for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights - a great hotel / fabulous roof top pool & good breakfast. Also a good location

Not bad. Location is convenient for islands tour purpose and to commute to the town areas. But the room cleanliness is not a standard level. The TV remote was not working properly. Quite Disappointing with amenities provided but rest of the factors are okay.
