⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Stay Review Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. What I liked: * The room is very spacious and clean. * The staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating. * The swimming pools are well-maintained. * The hotel feels very secure and safe. Areas for improvement: * Parking area: The parking area was flooded with stagnant water. I hope management can install a visible caution sign to warn guests. In my experience, I was unable to use my car at night because the water surrounding my vehicle was too deep to safely pass through. * Bathtub safety: I strongly recommend providing a rubber anti-slip mat in the bathtubs. The surface can be very slippery and may pose a safety risk, especially for senior citizens. * For guests traveling with seniors: I suggest informing the hotel in advance so they can provide a room closer to the pool or common areas and, if possible, a room with a bathroom that does not have a bathtub. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I hope management can address these safety concerns to make the experience even better, especially for families traveling with elderly guests.
