This is one of the best ryokan I have been. Quality of service was top notch. Check-in process was very smooth, very exclusive. Whole building screams luxury. Room size is very large. It comes wirth private bath. There are private bath outside too. There are large size public bath both indoor and outdoor. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Each room has private dinning room. There are library, lounge for snacks and drinks and games too. Pickup service is available from Naruko Onsen Station and Yuzawa Station. There is no complaint. But I observed that all staffs here have less interaction with guests. Probably they don’t disturb guests.

It was exceptionally clean. Upon entering the hotel, guests are required to remove their shoes and walk on tatami mats throughout the entire property, which creates a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is located in a beautiful pine forest, making it feel peaceful and surrounded by nature. As part of the Dormy chain, the hotel offers an impressive variety of complimentary amenities, including free beer, green tea, late-night snacks, ice cream, coffee, tea, matcha-making facilities, sake, and much more. The generous offerings really enhance the overall experience. The room was spacious and included a comfortable sitting area. It truly felt like a place where you could completely relax and unwind. There is also a private hot spring bath in the room, which made the stay even more special. Overall, this hotel delivers both comfort and value, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay.

We could not get any coment to this hotel, because of we can't checked in to hotel about theirs permitted not allowed to bring children with. The permitted didn't set available age for children. We don't know about this policy so can't review that.

Hotels that require shoes to be removed at the entrance are usually good, at least in terms of cleanliness. This hotel is located a bit out of the way, but it's fine if you're driving. The environment, food, and service are all excellent! The private hot spring rooms are reasonably priced, and the open-air baths are also nice, with men and women alternating. Meals are served in private rooms, and the service is attentive and excellent! A complimentary drink upon departure was a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended!

The hot spring facilities are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are attentive and friendly. In terms of value for money, it surpasses many high-end hotels in major cities. It also has suitable arrangements for preventing bear sightings. Highly recommended!

First of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. We couldn't open our luggage because there was no place, and we had to jump to go to the bathroom because there was no way to go. I was really angry. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?

The building was very quiet and I was able to relax. The corridors and stairs are covered with tatami mats, so you can walk around without slippers. The food served was local cuisine and very satisfying. The hot spring water was soft and made my skin smooth. The staff were also kind and well-trained. I would like to visit during the snowy season as well.
