The hotel is operated by a family. The members are in charged of different roles from front office, kitchen to providing shuttle service etc. We can see that they are very hardworking and genuine in providing a comfortable stay for all guests. Btw, the restaurant on the premises offered great food. Highly recommend

Hotel owner is caring that provide transportation to & fro from Huanglong scenic park. Dinner is delicious but breakfast is very simple. Room is clean & spacious. Overall is highly recommended.

Greatly recommend for anyone plan to travel to Huanglong Scenic Area. The hotel is owned by a super welcoming family. The room is exactly the picture, with warmed bed for cold day. As we arrived, the owner gratefully helped us with our luggages and provided clear instructions. He drove us to the Huanglong Scenic Area and picked us up, and was so earnest towards helping us. His mother and father are lovely as well, we only had 45 mins to have lunch before depart to the Station and they were all wholehearted to serve us and make sure we would be on time. The hotel also has warm coat rent if you forgot. There are public buses from Huanglong highspeed railway station for 28¥/per, but if the time does not suit you, just contact the owner for booking you car to the hotel with 30¥/ per. I definitely will choose the accommodation again when I revisit the region 🥰🥰

Love to recommend to anyone who plans to travel to Huanglong Scenic area and the Snow Ridge mountain for beautiful sunset. The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to open two 24-inch suitcases, and it had excellent natural light. My only minor issue was the lack of air conditioning; while there was underfloor heating, as southerners, we weren't entirely sure how to operate it. There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and their Yuxiang Rousi (shredded pork with garlic sauce) was absolutely delicious! The next morning, they even provided a complimentary ride to the Huanglong Scenic Area, which was a fantastic bonus.

The hotel environment was quite pleasant – clean, tidy, and free of any smoke or strange odors. Although there was no air conditioning, the underfloor heating and electric blankets kept us warm even on very cold nights. The breakfast was quite simple but sufficient, featuring items like pickles, shredded potatoes, boiled corn, steamed buns, and boiled eggs. It provided plenty of carbohydrates, perfect for fueling up before a hike. Conveniently, there's a store right across from the hotel if you need to buy anything. The shuttle service was excellent; the staff were very friendly and it was extremely convenient. The only minor issue was that the underfloor heating seemed to stop working halfway through the night, making it a bit chilly when we woke up. Luckily, I didn't catch a cold.
