The fridge didn't work, the bathroom ceiling leaked when the person in the room upstairs took a shower. Other then that it was good

Yes very very upset! I was placed on the 3rd floor in a stinky dirty room,, I asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. It was horrible

Fast check in and check out. Room had all light fixtures working just needed an additional bulb above bathroom sink. I love that the room had a microwave and mini fridge that worked properly. The complex was very quiet and 3 minutes away from transit bus stops. Cornerstore was next door along with a restaurant.

The staff were very kind. The room was dirty and damaged. There was frequent 3 minute traffic coming and going from some rooms, and a freak show of tweakers spilling onto the property. I won't be staying there again.

The staff was RUDE! I explained to them I’m having health issues, they refused to move me to a room on the ground floor. They refused to bring clean towels to my room. I’ve stayed there during travel to Austin before, I like the SOCO area. This place has lost a repeat customer!

Walls show wear, fixtures are tarnished, towels are thin. You can hear several neighbors.

Room was in worn condition - this place is bare bones. I think there were mites or something in the bed because my skin was crawling at night.

The pictures don't match the hotel. There is alot of homeless hanging around all day and night. Room was decent for the price but if you want to feel safe I wouldn't pick this one.
