O.Live Social (Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill Two Rivers and Four Lakes Store)

The hotel has a great location, within easy walking distance to Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It also features its own parking lot, making parking very convenient.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. Its location is very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, Fir Lake, and Dongxi Alley. The rooftop viewing platform is a major highlight.

Out of many hotels, I chose this one, and the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right on Binjiang Road, and you can see the Li River from your balcony. The rooftop offers stunning views of Guilin's landscapes. After dinner, a stroll along Binjiang Road is lovely, and in the afternoon, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the breeze and watching the river flow by is just so relaxing. Even though the hotel is by the road, the soundproofing is excellent, so sleeping at night isn't disturbed by noise. They even thoughtfully installed mosquito screens. The room was very clean, and the service was wonderful and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend! I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The room was great! We originally booked a double bed, traveling with two kids, but the front desk upgraded us to a family suite. The two beds were put together, giving the kids plenty of space to play, and there was a bathtub, which was super convenient for bathing them. The view from the rooftop observation deck was also beautiful. It's very close to all the tourist spots, just a few minutes' walk, which was incredibly convenient when traveling with children.

Facilities: Very satisfied, well-equipped. Environment: Beautiful scenery, I really liked the hotel's interior design, it felt very cozy. The balcony offers a view of the Li River. Service: Housekeeping responded very quickly and was able to resolve my issues well.

Convenient transportation and location. It's equipped with a washing machine and a gym. However, there aren't enough washers, so a bunch of people were waiting in line. I waited for an hour and finally gave up on getting a dryer 😂😂😂

Extremely close to Elephant Trunk Hill and not far from the snack street either. The location is fantastic, and the room is spacious and very clean.
