Comfy beds, quiet rooms, great service, clean, delicious breakfast, loved the laundry facilities! Great location as well!

I had booked two rooms for a Friday night until Saturday morning. My sister and I flew into Boise early that Friday morning for a service that was to start at 3 pm that afternoon. I called the hotel and asked if it was possible to check into at least 1 room early so we might grab a nap and clean up. Noah at the front desk was amazing and worked with cleaning staff to have both rooms ready for an early check in. I understand that some times this isn't possible due to the hotel being fully booked, but I feel like if there is any way to accommodate you and other guests they will. I will definitely stay here again when in Boise.

No valet parking, and they make you pay to park in the garage a block away! Also, they advertise as a pet friendly hotel but there is not a patch of grass for your pet to potty on within a 3-block radius….Booooo!!!!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, but the blackout curtains were torn and full of holes. The location was perfect. For walking, easy and quick walk to downtown or river! For driving, right next to freeway access. The gym was cute, but very small. We didn’t eat there, but looked like your typical hotel food. We had car trouble on our way and they were very accommodating to our insanely late arrival!!

Was disappointed when we discovered our reservation did NOT include breakfast, was almost positive I read that it was when booking. Did not expect to pay $20 per vehicle for parking and definitely didn't like that they run your card for $50 of incidentals instead of just placing a hold. The property is also located on a busy main road that was loud during high traffic times. Would recommend they use an upgraded toilet paper as it was not soft at all. The pillows look comfy but almost flatten under the weight of your head.

Overall the resort was very nice. There were a couple of small stains on the bedding and the breakfast wasn't cooked as well as I would have expected.

Our room did not get cleaned until we asked. Also, we wished the restaurant and bar hours were longer.

Good location in Boise. As others note the traffic sounds are pretty loud on the north side because of a canyon effect there on the "connector." Otherwise it was a good stay for good price.
