The room cleaning service carelessly mixed up my 3-year-old daughter's comfort toy (a doll) with the beddings while striping everything off. The toy can no longer be found and this cause great emotional distress for my daughter; the toy has been her best company since she was 1. This raises serious concern over the professionalism of the staff at the hotel because if an item as big as a doll could be lost due to careless service, more valuable personal items such as jewelries and wallets could be thrown away during the course of room service. Very disappointed and very frustrating.

Nice hotel with nice people. The room was confortable and clean. The train is closed to the hotel. Only one bad thing: the car Park was very expensive. Should be indicated in the hotel description.

The room is clean, Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Very clean Environment: Convenient location, very close to the subway station, three minutes walk Service: The front desk service attitude is very good There is a Chinese restaurant next to it, very convenient to eat

Park your car and do everything yourself. There is no service and the breakfast is very simple. Especially the surrounding area is dirty and messy. It is not recommended to stay

Next to BC, the location is very good, there is a Chinese restaurant not far away, it takes about five minutes to walk, there is a tram downstairs 🚆 a bit noisy, parking fee is $45 a night
