Close to the Reservoir bus stop. The room was spacious with a large bed and a sofa bed. The front desk staff were very friendly. There's a $25 daily destination fee upon check-in, which includes a $25 daily hotel credit, 2 free Boston city bus passes, and 2 attraction tickets. If you make good use of them, it's definitely great value for money.

The room cleaning service carelessly mixed up my 3-year-old daughter's comfort toy (a doll) with the beddings while striping everything off. The toy can no longer be found and this cause great emotional distress for my daughter; the toy has been her best company since she was 1. This raises serious concern over the professionalism of the staff at the hotel because if an item as big as a doll could be lost due to careless service, more valuable personal items such as jewelries and wallets could be thrown away during the course of room service. Very disappointed and very frustrating.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't smile. The room was large, but not good value for money.

Park your car and do everything yourself. There is no service and the breakfast is very simple. Especially the surrounding area is dirty and messy. It is not recommended to stay
