The location is decent, relatively close to both Pavilion and the Petronas Twin Towers. There's a restaurant downstairs, and an open-air rooftop pool and bar on the 21st floor. From the higher floors, you can get a partial view of the Twin Towers, which is okay. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night due to motorcycles. 3 nights in the heart of KL! We just checked into the Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur for a quick escape from Aug 29 - Sep 1, and the views are stealing our hearts! We booked the 1 King Bed City View, High Floor With Balcony and it did not disappoint. Looking out over the traffic and seeing the iconic Petronas Towers from our own private balcony is a whole different vibe. The room is packed with everything we needed: - Cozy king bed & a super comfy sofa - LCD TV with streaming services - Coffee machine + a drawer stocked with Nasi - - - BOH teas (major plus!) - Rain shower, robes, and slippers - All the toiletries you could think of - this is 16th floor Big shoutout to the amazing staff member Matthew for surprising us with a free breakfast buffet for my birthday! 🎂 Thank you for making our stay extra special! It’s the perfect base to explore the city together! Save this for your next couple's trip! 🇲🇾

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is relatively close to Pavilion, but it would be even better if they offered a shuttle service. The breakfast was quite ordinary, so I wouldn't recommend adding it. The pool view was nice, but the hygiene wasn't great.

The room was indeed quite spacious. We had a small chat at check-in and managed to switch from the 4th to the 9th floor. From this room, you can see the side of the Petronas Towers if you press your head against the window. They provided plenty of drinking water and the coffee machine worked well. Breakfast was satisfactory, and most importantly, my wife was very happy. The pool was okay; you could see the night view and the side of the Petronas Towers. Food and drinks are conveniently located nearby, and KLCC isn't far. My only complaint is that the TV programs were incredibly boring.

The room was spotless, and the hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Our luggage was delivered right to our room. The Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is conveniently located near public transport, and it's just a short stroll to a night market street and shopping centers, making it easy to enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment.
