The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. There's a small, charming pool on the upper floor. The bar at night offers nice views. The location is also pretty good, quite close to Pavilion and the Twin Towers, just a short taxi ride away. However, Kuala Lumpur's traffic can make you question your life choices… The only downside was that I stayed in a room with a balcony this time, and it overlooked the subway tracks. The sound of motorcycles 'racing' at night was incredibly loud. If you're a light sleeper, it could really affect you; it was non-stop all night. Since I was exhausted from walking all day, I slept through it mostly, but my husband said it was loud all night and only quieted down in the morning! Other than that, everything else was great, especially the breakfast, which was truly abundant…

The hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest mall. The open-air pool is a highlight, offering great views for nighttime photos of the Petronas Towers. However, there's quite a bit of loud motorcycle noise at night when trying to sleep.

⭐Huge disappointment, not recommended. Priced at over 1600 RMB per night, this hotel is on the higher end compared to other five-star hotels in the vicinity. Surrounded by numerous upscale five-star properties, I expected a good experience, but instead, I paid the highest price for the worst experience. The lobby features an industrial design, but there's no concierge or porter service to help with luggage. Upon arrival, I had to drag all my luggage myself, which is a significant lack of expected five-star hotel service. I was assigned a street-facing room, and the constant roar of motorcycles at night, combined with mediocre soundproofing, severely disrupted my sleep. The room had a very high ceiling, making it feel quite empty, and the balcony wasn't very practical. Breakfast was also very average, with limited variety. Many dishes needed to be ordered and prepared on the spot, leading to long queues during peak hours. The quality of the food didn't match the price point. For the same budget, you could easily find hotels nearby with better facilities, service, and breakfast. The overall experience here was a huge letdown, and I truly do not recommend it.

Great downtown location, easy to walk everywhere. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers right from the balcony. The front desk staff were very efficient and check-in was quick. Overall, the hotel has a nice style, good service, and excellent value for money.

The location is great, but the soundproofing is terrible. The motorcycles in Kuala Lumpur at night are a nightmare; I'd wake up around 3 AM every single night, which was very unpleasant! You definitely need earplugs to sleep. I didn't expect the soundproofing to be virtually non-existent for this price. I recommend that light sleepers avoid booking this hotel.

Hygiene: To cut costs, towels and linens are only changed every three days. If you need them changed more frequently, you have to call the front desk every day. Environment: The hotel is located along a street, and people here love to modify their motorcycles. Even though they don't go fast, they're incredibly loud. Definitely choose a higher floor, it might be a bit better. Service: Housekeeping is quite efficient; they're very quick to bring towels whenever I call. Facilities: As a new hotel, the facilities are pretty good. It's within a 15-minute walk to either Pavilion or the Petronas Twin Towers. On the 19th floor, there's a weekday lunch set menu. It's not cheap, including a buffet starter, main course, coffee/tea, and ice cream, ranging from 98 to 138++ [currency]. However, for steak, you only get two small pieces, exactly as shown in the picture.
