Booked this hotel with bath tub but end up the receptionist said it’s not bath tub room, and she upgraded a room with balcony. It’s so damn noisy at night, regret for the ‘upgrade’. Parking need to pay for RM10. Not so satisfied for the trip.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The facilities are brand new and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Our room had a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was still quite good overall!

The room was spacious with a balcony and a smart toilet. Breakfast offered a good variety, and there's an outdoor pool and gym on the 21st floor. The air conditioning was quiet and effective (though the default setting of 18.5 degrees Celsius for cooling was a bit chilly 😅). I stayed for 3 nights starting from the first day of the Year of the Horse, and it was about 1200 RMB per night (including breakfast for two). The location is excellent, about a 1km walk to Pavilion Mall, and there's a CIMB bank nearby, making it convenient to withdraw RMB from the ATM.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bedding was cozy. The rooftop pool offers great views of the Twin Towers, definitely a must-see! Breakfast was fantastic, also with a view of the Twin Towers. The location is excellent.

This is an awesome hotel. Right in the centre of the city. It is very clean and modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The room was high quality and spacious with a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was amazing which great views. The gym was decent and had space. I would recommend staying here and will come again next time I’m in KL.

The room has a nice design and the location is convenient. However, the view from the upper floors is mediocre as it's blocked by the apartment building directly opposite. If you like design-oriented hotels, this place is for you. But if you prefer traditional five-star hotels, you might find it less comfortable than a standard five-star.
