This hotel in the ancient city is very quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They wished me 'Happy Chinese New Year' every day of my stay, which was such a warm touch! Plus, there are two adorable cats at the hotel, serving as the front desk and doorman respectively. There's also an excellent massage place just a three-minute walk from the hotel.

There's a lounge in the lobby where you can enjoy tea 24/7 and even grab some light snacks, which is really relaxing. You can also drink as much bottled water as you like. The breakfast menu shows a lot of thoughtful consideration. All the staff members are incredibly kind and friendly. While the room isn't large, the layout is so well-designed that it doesn't feel cramped at all. I'd definitely like to repeat my stay here! ❤️❤️

We were warmly welcomed by Henry and JP. So friendly and courteous, serving us with their big smiles at all times.  The room was clean, modern, and super cozy. Loved the peaceful, adults-only atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway.  Every morning was greeted by cheerfulness and smiles from every staff member. The breakfast spread never failed to entice our palates with the variety to choose from.  Thank you Chef Max for making his ‘virgin’ All-in Western Omelette for my first morning 😋 Chef Pim surprised us with star dishes every morning, which we earnestly looked forward to🙃🙃 We had the honour to meet CEO Jeroen Schedler on our last morning at BED. He is chatty and a beautiful person to every amazing staff member 🏆 Cannot be happier and compliments to every staff member whom we’ve met. Love you guys!

Very comfortable hotel with all you need. breakfast was good we have to leave early than starting time but we could eat some before so that was great and snack and drinks offers 24/7. Room is clean and easy access.
