Hampton by Hilton Turpan

This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!

The hotel is brand new and centrally located, not far from the Grape Night Market, and the Xiyou Night Market is right downstairs. The front desk staff are also incredibly nice. It's perfect for a family's first stop when visiting Turpan with kids, and it's convenient for chartered car pick-ups and drop-offs.

The customer service representative, Xiao Jin, upgraded us to a family room for free, which was very kind of her. The service was good overall, but the room was indeed too hot. I'd suggest installing an air conditioner. All in all, it was a pretty good stay.

Traveling to Turpan with my family, the host thoughtfully prepared items and snacks/fruits for the children, and even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was very rich. It was a very comfortable stay overall.

The front desk staff, Xiaoyi and Miran, were incredibly thoughtful and efficient. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet and elegant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with excellent facilities. A big shoutout to Xiaoyi and Miran at the front desk again! 👍

Hampton by Hilton is a mid-to-high-end business chain hotel under Hilton. The lobby is luxurious and grand, the guest rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the price is affordable and reasonable. The breakfast offers a rich variety. It was a very satisfying experience, super great! 👍🏻

The front desk staff, Sasha and Yiyi, were very friendly. The overall facilities are well-developed, truly delivering on Hilton Garden Inn's service standards. These were the best few days I've spent in Xinjiang, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.
