Hampton by Hilton Turpan

Hampton by Hilton is a mid-to-high-end business chain hotel under Hilton. The lobby is luxurious and grand, the guest rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the price is affordable and reasonable. The breakfast offers a rich variety. It was a very satisfying experience, super great! 👍🏻

The front desk staff, Sasha and Yiyi, were very friendly. The overall facilities are well-developed, truly delivering on Hilton Garden Inn's service standards. These were the best few days I've spent in Xinjiang, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. The rooms are incredibly well-appointed and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast spread offers an extensive variety, and it's conveniently located right next to a bustling food court. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend returning. A big thank you to the staff; their service was top-notch, truly warm and attentive.

Everything about this stay was good. I generally stick to Hilton among the major hotel brands because I find them quite reliable, and this particular property was no exception. However, there's one major flaw: they only have two washing machines. For a large hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is completely inadequate. Most other hotels I've stayed at typically offer four! As a result, you often have to wait in line to do your laundry.

When in Turpan, you can't go wrong with the Hilton. Miran at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast spread was generous with plenty of options, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff's exemplary service is clearly a result of their systematic training. It just goes to show, when you travel, choosing a reliable, high-star hotel is always the best bet.

This is my second business trip to Turpan, where I'm accompanying clients to purchase raisins, and I chose this hotel again. It's very clean, the staff provide excellent service, and it's conveniently located near dining and shopping options.

Traveling with our children, we were kindly upgraded to a spacious room on a high floor with a great view. Special thanks to Meili and Yiyi for helping us arrange breakfast for the kids and even providing bottled water for our journey when we left. We truly felt at home. The breakfast was plentiful, and food items were replenished promptly.
