As soon as I walked into the room, all the curtains were drawn and the temperature was extremely high. After searching for a long time without finding any smart switches, I realized they were all manual (which is quite rare for hotels of this class nowadays). When I opened the curtains, I finally understood why they had been kept closed—the afternoon sun is brutal! It gets direct, blazing afternoon sunlight, and the room was 28°C. Opening the windows didn't help at all, and the AC wasn't blowing cold air. The room was totally unbearable, so I just went out to do some shopping instead. Lastly, the breakfast selection is quite limited compared to other hotels with the same name or in the same tier!

The hotel features an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including the Xiyou Night Market. The breakfast is abundant and replenished promptly. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with comfortable bedding and quilts of just the right thickness, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities include a mini-fridge and a writing desk.

Excellent service, truly guest-oriented! The original room had a strong smoke smell, and even after they tried to air it out, the smell persisted. So, they upgraded us to a suite!

The hotel is located in the city center, offering convenient transportation and within walking distance to Xingfu Snack Street and Xiyou Pedestrian Street. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. The staff are also very enthusiastic.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was well-lit, had no strange odors, and was fully equipped with toiletries. The front desk staff, Sasha and Xiao Di, were very welcoming and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free. They even upgraded my room, which I absolutely loved! Full marks, full marks! 💯

We arrived around 5 PM, and there was only one standard twin room left. The front desk staff informed us it might have an odor and was being cleaned, so they upgraded us to a family room. Their service attitude was excellent. The hotel is very smart; you can check the robot's status and the availability of the washing machine and dryer on the TV. It was a very pleasant stay.

The location should be pretty good, there's a night market right next door, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby. Parking was convenient with available spots. The room was nice and clean, tidied up daily. They provided free breakfast for the child, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, pretty much covering all the basics. Pictures 2 and 3 show the city view from the room.

We booked a twin room on the 16th floor, and the soundproofing was excellent. Perhaps there were no tour groups staying on that floor, as the hallway was quiet. The room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities were exquisite. Upon entering, the staff had already turned on the air conditioning and humidifier. Shortly after, welcome fruits were delivered. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, we enjoyed complimentary use of ethnic costumes. The parking lot, both above ground and underground, had ample free spaces. A special shout-out goes to Miss Xiao Yi at the front desk; her warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home.
