Amazing hotel. Myself, my wife and two ten year olds got stranded by a taxi that didn't turn up at the train station. Hotel couldn't be more accommodating. After trying every taxi company in the area for us we took their last two rooms. Very comfy and tidy. Staff were amazing getting these ready. Even though we arrived late at night after the restaurant had closed they got us something to eat which was delicious. Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher. Thankyou so much!

Great stay Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars.

Lovely simple alpine style room airy clean and quiet , good shower and separate toilet facilities Very friendly helpful couple run the business , we had a delicious dinner in their restaurant next door and lovely continental breakfast with fresh fruit and pasties in the morning Parked our car right outside the front door

Great hotel to base ourselves for a night touring the ski resorts of the region. We wanted somewhere close to Orelle to try out the new lifts up to Val Thorens. Perfect location - about a 5 minute drive away. The hotel is everything we needed. Large spacious 3 person room, hot water, friendly staff, warm and good parking nearby. We had a delicious dinner and especially enjoyed the desserts. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, yoghurts, bread, croissant, cheese, ham and pastries. There is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby too. It would also be a great base for cycling in the summer. The staff made us feel very welcome. Merci!

Tja.. het is een familie hotel, vriendelijke mensen, oké restaurant erbij en op de route door de Alpen. Mindere kanten: het bed is voor een wat zwaarder iemand echt ondermaats en hard! Heb er niet op kunnen slapen. Kamers aan de achterkant kijken uit op de berg en de trein die vlak achter het hotel Langs loopt en een riviertje. Raam open is herrie van airco’s onder het raam en flink geluid van de rivier. ‘s nachts elk half uur een trein die zijn komst aankondigd door te toeteren zoals alleen treinen dat kunnen. Raam dicht en airco aan, de verlichting van de airco is erg fel en verlicht je kamer ‘s nachts, dat kan niet uit, dus maar wat overheen gehangen. Kamers zijn verder oud, je ziet wel dat ze hun best gedaan hebben dat wat op te leuken. Badkamer is klein, deur bij openen zit in de wastafel. Parkeren is op straat dat is prima. Carrefour market zit aan de overkant.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles. L’accueil est soigné, les chambres sont confortables et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable dans un cadre calme et propre. Le restaurant est un véritable atout : des plats raffinés, bien préparés, avec un service attentif et professionnel. On y mange vraiment très bien. Une adresse de qualité que je recommande sans hésitation, autant pour le séjour que pour la table.

Franchement cet hôtel ne mérite pas trois étoiles. Après un acceuil à la réception moyennement souriant, notre chambre était située au troisième étage sans ascenseur, avec escalier très étroit. Chambre bien équipée et confortable, mais.... Sans eau chaude le matin pour se laver ! Personne de la direction le matin pour en faire la remarque, et en plus règlement demandé la veille en arrivant... Petit déjeuner moyen avec des produits quelconques. A contrario accueil très souriant au restaurant, mais là encore des produits moyens (nous avons été à moitié malades ma femme et moi le lendemain...) et des prix un peu élevés. Pas de parking sécurisé mais possibilité de se garer au parking souterrain du supermarché.
