Clean room. Beautiful hotel. Although, insane to charge $40 Resort fees while most other hotels from Phoenix don’t do that

Don't let the pictures fool you. I'm so disappointed! Stayed for two night and booked 2 rooms and both were very disappointing. One had a strong ********* odor another smelled like sweat and old. The pool was small and dirty as well. The room's leather furnitures' were peeling off as well. I will never book this hotel again.

Very conveniently located close to the Basketball stadium and lots of restaurants. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Phoenix.

They sell pool seats to day trippers on ResortPass out from under their guests, so you, the hotel guest, have nowhere to sit on the pool deck. I’ve stayed here 5-6 times in the past, and this is my last. Also, room shower only offered scorching or cold water - no warm.

Excellent hotel: comfortable lobby, friendly staff, good restaurant, handy location. The rooms are quite large and well appointed, including several comfortable chairs. (You’d be well advised to avoid rooms over the “rooftop bar” — actually on the 3rd floor — because sometimes loud music can be heard in nearby rooms.)

Love the rooftop pool and location! Central to so many bars and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff, lovely property. Perfect home base for day trips to spring training ballparks!

Unfortunately was mistakenly charged in two separate occasions for minibar consumption that didn’t take place. You have to keep an eye on the final bill unfortunately. Front desk was quick to respond however not ideal.

Room, Service, front desk, Pool and Eden area all great--n ice size hotel-not to big, not to small-well located too.
