Traveling to Hangzhou with my mom, everyone at this hotel was incredibly dedicated and attentive to every detail. We ordered takeout, and they even kindly delivered it to our room. When we checked out, they gave us a can of tea as a gift. Breakfast was also thoughtful and warm in every aspect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou. I loved both the interior facilities and the surrounding environment.

The location is fantastic, very close to Jiuxi 18-Stream, which is within walking distance. You can also order takeout to the B&B. The hygiene was excellent, and they even upgraded our room, which made us very happy! The tea mountains right outside the window make it a perfect green oxygen bar for recharging.

The hotel is nestled within the Jiuxi scenic area, offering absolutely stunning tea plantation views. There's a stream right next to our room, though unfortunately, it was dry during winter. We booked two rooms this time, both were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They even gave us a free room upgrade, and the views were simply fantastic. The welcome fruit platter was meticulously arranged, and we received lovely souvenirs and tea when we checked out. It was truly a wonderful stay.

For families who love a short nature retreat, this accomadation is perfect, with many nature trails to explore! The staff were very accomadating, amazing, polite and prompt. Our room was upgraded to a family room which was really cozy and had magnificent views. The comfortable bed made sure we had enough rest for a long day of ezploration.
Breakfast was very homely and they accomadated to our dietary needs (muslim friendly). Overall, we felt really satisfied with the stay and will come visit again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The views were absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even went out of their way to help me order food to the hotel since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, which I really appreciated!
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I would happily stay here again☺️
