I highly recommend Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and a chance to pamper themselves. I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to guests’ needs. I stayed in the Collection Club Premier King Room and was extremely satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, making it convenient to explore Bukit Bintang on foot with family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Me & my family enjoy our stay here. They improved a lot on breakfast menu as there are variety of foods served. This time we get a room with KL view & its perfect for our staycation. Keep up a good work & I hope they maintained the good ambience, cleanliness & good hospitality.

The location & service is good except that the doors are not sound proof as I can hear the next guest left and return whenever the doors are closed and at 5 am. The pillows are also not firm. Other than these, I have no complaints.
