The room is clean, the interior are just nice and big, bed is comfy. Location is strategic with just walking distance. The front desk service overall is good, and they able to help to collect Taobao parcel before I arrive Chengdu. They changed room for me immediately upon request as the first room they gave me was not satisfied due to smoke smell and the data connection is weak.

This is our third stay at this hotel chain. The service is exceptional. Rooms are ultra clean and modern. Has a foot herbal soak tub after those long walks every day. We got a free upgrade to a massive room. Very convenient to the subway station F Exit and only two stations away from Chungxi Road, where you can shop for everything. We will thoroughly recommend this hotel to all our friends back in Australia.

Very helpful front desk, managed to check in even reached at midnight. Room is big and clean. Just about 10 mins walking distance from the metro station. Definitely will come back again

出行成都，選擇這家酒店整體非常不錯。首先，工作人員服務態度比較熱情，退房的話，也是免按金免查房。同時，酒店周邊交通配置不錯，去哪裡都很方便。地鐵也是位於4號線和1號線的交匯處，地理位置絕佳。

The location was ok. But not much to find food and all, the lobby has a slope we need to carry our heavy luggage to go thru the slope which is abit challenging coz our luggage was big. But overall the room was spacious and everything was ok.
