Arc House Mezquita - Only Adults

I arrived late for check-in (around 11:00 PM), but because I'd informed them beforehand, the staff helped me check in online and explained the steps to get to the hotel and to my room. There was no staff on hand for check-in or check-out, but they were helpful and sent very clear messages. The main advantage of this hostel is its proximity to the Mezquita Cathedral, the icon of Córdoba.

I already knew you from having stayed at one of your hotels in Seville, but here I found things missing, like a hairdryer in the room, a large mirror so I could see myself, and I had a very small bathroom with an uncomfortable toilet. It could be improved. The location is great, close to everything.

The door to the room looked like a closet, downstairs there was a tea shop or bar and there was always noise.

The +: Clean room and toilets, excellent location close to the main attractions. The -: the reception only opens at 10am so without knowing this I had to leave my luggage in another hotel, the soundproofing is bad and you can hear people talking in the rooms next door and in the common areas, another negative point the window that overlooks the corridor and lets light into the room...all this requires a good solution.

At the time of reservation, only the 3-person room was marked as having a shared bathroom, so I booked a 2-person room. After checking in, I complained that there was no bathroom, so everyone left that day. I can't change it. It's ridiculous, but I endured it for just one night. The bathroom shower holder was broken so I had to hold it with my hand while showering. The toilet flush button is broken, so I open the lid and flush it by hand. I was told at the office that the power outlet wouldn't turn on and I couldn't charge it, so they said it would be tomorrow. This is a business that does not respond to customer complaints by simply telling them to recharge. It's not even 50,000 won on weekdays, but it's over 120,000 won on weekends. It's so embarrassing
