This is an excellent hotel. Built on a hill, situated in a Spanish speaking area of Aguadulce. Reception is on the 4th floor. You will find all staff friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel has 10 floors, some sections are of a Western theme. The rooms are are spacious and cleaned daily, offering built in climate control for all seasons. As for meals, there is a spacious dining room located on the 3rd floor Food is in a buffet style, with easy access and prepared fresh. There is a variety of choice, from hot, to cold, and of course the deserts. There is an Outdoor pool and indoor pool. The indoor pool is usually closed during the summer season. I would say it is very child friendly. Activity staff are also on hand . The hotel is right across from the beach, accessable through a security gate. There is also easy access to regular public transportation. Buses well take you to the City of Almeria, or the other way to Roquetas de Mar. (In this area you also will find a large shopping centre, "Gran Plaza," and an outdoor themed Mario waterpark). The buses offer a regular service 7 days a week. Prices a very reasonable, affordable. Aguadulce is a small Spanish town with shops along the main road. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, Mercadona at the top of the hill, or a little along the main road, on the right, Consum supermarket. (Prices really good here). You will see many people walking along the seafront in the evening. The marina is a go to place in the evening, offering a family night life, restaurants, etc. Might be worth noting, learning a few basic Spanish phrases will help you out. I have been to this hotel many times over the years, I would recommend staying here. I wish you all the best in your travels.
